山东茶区无性系茶树品种主要生化成分分析研究

摘要: 为筛选提升绿茶品质的优良无性系茶树品种,对山东茶区近几年引进的10个主要无性系茶树品种的生化成分茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱进行化验分析,研究其主要生化成分的特点,分析其酚/氨比值。‘中茶108’游离氨基酸含量最高,全年平均为2.89%,春茶含量高达4.04%,茶多酚含量适中,咖啡碱含量较高,酚/氨比值最低,平均为5.85,‘中茶108’是适制绿茶最好的品种,山东茶区无性系茶树引种重点推荐‘中茶108’。

Abstract: Abstract: To analysis and research tea polyphenol .amino acid. Caffeine of 10 clone tea varieties for Shandong tea area in recent years,Research characteristics of mai biochemical components,,Analysis phenol/ammonia ratio; Zhongcha 108 values of free amino acid were at their highest, Average2.89%,Spring Tea average4.04%, Tea polyphenol content is moderate,Caffeine content is higher, Phenol/ammonia ratio minimum, Average5.85, Zhongcha 108 is the best breed of system of green tea,Highly recommended Zhongcha 108 in Shandong tea area.
