S-诱抗素和黄腐酸对干旱胁迫下皮燕麦光合特性及产量的影响

S-ABA and Fulvic Acid: Effect on Physiological Characteristics and Yield of Oats Under Drought Stress

摘要:

本研究旨在给燕麦抗旱栽培提供理论依据及技术支持。以皮燕麦‘冀张燕5号’为试验材料,通过盆栽试验,分析了黄腐酸、S-诱抗素对干旱胁迫下‘冀张燕5号’在不同生育时期、不同水分处理条件下的光合特性和产量的影响。结果表明:喷施黄腐酸和S-诱抗素均可以在不同程度上提高‘冀张燕5号’的光合特性及产量。在正常供水、中度和重度水分胁迫下,S-诱抗素处理分别较对照增产27.04%、25.65%和37.11%,效果优于黄腐酸处理。S-诱抗素对产量的提升影响最大。

Abstract:

The aim is to provide technical support for drought-resistant cultivation of oats. ‘Hebei-Zhangjiakou No.5’ oat was used as the test material in a pot experiment, the effects of fulvic acid and S-abscisic acid (S-ABA) on the photosynthesis characteristics and yield of the variety in different periods and under different water supply conditions under drought stress were analyzed. The results showed that both fulvic acid and S-ABA improved the photosynthesis characteristics and yield of ‘Hebei-Zhangjiakou No.5’ to varying degrees. Under normal water supply, moderate moisture stress and severe drought stress, the yield of oat under S-ABA treatment was increased by 27.04%, 25.65% and 37.11%, respectively, compared with that of the control group, and the effect was better than spraying fulvic acid. Taken together, S-ABA has a significant influence on the increase of oat yield.
