樟树品种选择在园林绿化中的应用

The Application of Camphor Tree’s Species Selection in Garden Greening

摘要: 为提高樟树的园林绿化效果,充分发挥其对人们生活生环境改善和保健功能,以福建省樟树资源为研究对象,采用试验室蒸馏法提取樟树油,分析油的主要成分,对樟树不同生化型进行分类。针对芳樟类型进行深入分析,结果表明:芳樟不同器官含油率和芳樟醇含量存在极显著差异,以叶片含量最高;无性系间含油率和含醇量也存在极显著差异,选择的优良单株可获得50%以上的增益;筛选出8个芳樟优良无性系,可得到综合得油率为1.77%、芳樟醇含量为95.9%和樟脑含量小于0.30%的效果。将其应用于园林绿化实践中,能起到事半功倍的绿化、香化和美化的良好效果,有很高的使用价值和经济价值。

Abstract: In order to improve the effect in garden greening of camphor tree and give full play to the people's living environment and the function of healthcare. The paper took camphor tree resources of Fujian Province as the research object, adopted the method of laboratory distillation to extract camphor oil, analyzed the main component of the oil and classified the different biochemical types of camphor tree. By analyzing the types of Cinnamomum camphora in-depth, the results showed that there were significant differences of oil content and glycols content among the different organs of Cinnamomum camphora and the leaf had the highest content; there were also significant differences of oil content and glycols content among clones and the selected superior individual could obtain more than 50% of the gain; the comprehensive oil rate could reach 1.77%, the glycols content could reach 95.9% and the camphor could be less than 0.30% by selecting eight Cinnamomum camphora good clones. If it can be applied to the practice of landscaping, it can get the good effect of achieving maximum results with little effort in greening, aromatization and beautification and has very high useful value and economic value.
