摘要:

为研究高原环境对藜麦营养成分的影响,将来自青海西部地区柴达木盆地乌兰县、德令哈市(3000 m,高海拔干旱地区)和青海东部地区大通县(2300 m,高海拔半干旱地区)的8个藜麦品种(系)的主要营养成分含量进行测定,运用AMMI模型进行分析。结果表明:(1)粗纤维、蛋白质、β-葡聚糖、碳水化合物和α-维生素E等含量受环境因素影响较大,总糖含量受品种和环境双重影响,交互作用对粗纤维含量有显著影响;(2)参试藜麦品种(系)各营养成分稳定性存在差异。在高原藜麦栽培时,要充分考虑到环境优势,在重视基因型和环境互作的同时,因地制宜地选取适宜品种。

Abstract:

In order to study the effects of plateau environment on the nutritional components of quinoa, the main nutritional components of 8 quinoa varieties (lines) from Wulan County and Delingha City (3000 m, high altitude arid area) in Qaidam Basin in western Qinghai and Datong County (2300 m, high altitude semi-arid area) in eastern Qinghai were determined and analyzed by AMMI model. The results show that: (1) the content of crude fiber, protein, β-glucan, carbohydrate and α-vitamin E are greatly affected by environmental factors, and the total sugar content is affected by both variety and environmental factors, the interaction of variety and environment has a significant effect on the crude fiber content; (2) there are differences in the stability of nutrient components of quinoa varieties (lines). In the cultivation of quinoa on plateau, the environmental advantages should be taken into full consideration, the genotype and environment interaction should be highlighted, and the suitable varieties should be selected according to local conditions.
