Abstract: This studied aims to solve the long idle time of intensive baking room, explore the use of baked and other facilities to cultivate high value-added industries and promote farmers'' income. This paper introduced the brazil mushroom growth on the environment requirements; Expounded the prodtion of substrates and the mycelial growth stage management techniques; Expounded the mushroom of temperature、humidity management and water requirements; Expounded the recovery of the standard and the matters needing attention; Expounded the baking processing platform building methods and operating technology.
