Abstract: This paper aims to clarify the effects of mineral nutrient contents on fruit cracking in order to provide certain references for further study on fruit cracking in apricot and basis for reasonable fertilization in the production. 39 years old apricot trees were used in the test. The row and plant spacing of apricot trees was 3.0 m×4.0 m. The effects of 7 mineral elements on fruit cracking in apricot were analyzed. Correlation between fruit cracking and mineral nutrient content in apricot was in an order as Ca>Zn>Mn>Fe>K>Mg>Cu. There was a negative correlation between Ca and fruit cracking, and the correlation coefficient was relatively high, Zn and Mn had a low correlation with fruit cracking, but there was no obvious correlation between Fe, K, Mg, Cu and fruit cracking. This study showed that the main factor affecting fruit cracking was calcium deficiency.
