Abstract:

 Rural residential land consolidation is an effective way to increase the effective area of cultivated land and to achieve the requisition-compensation balance of cultivated land. Based on the analysis for the current situation of rural residential land use in Xiayi County, the consolidation potential of rural residential land in Xiayi County was measured in this paper by land use area per capita method, land use area per household, and vacant house potential tapping method.
