Abstract:

Agricultural universities were the main force of agricultural science ＆technology innovation and service Three Fs. They played increasingly important roles in the agricultural autonomous innovation, agricultural science ＆ technology progress and service construction of new countryside. In this study, we systematically expounded the countermeasures and policy approaches for enhancing innovative ability of agricultural colleges and servicing for the construction of new countryside through three aspect about promoting self-knowledge innovation, technology collaborative innovation and integrating service innovation. This study have reference values for developing agricultural universities and also have great significance for guidancing and supporting the development of modern agriculture.
