  Discussion of Rice Yield and NPK Fertilizer Seasonal Utilization 2011, 1 (2):  1-4.  Abstract + ( 2083 )   PDF ( 1156KB )   ( 1982 ) For nearly a decade, rice production partial nitrogen, light the phenomenon was outstanding in Hongta district, Chunhe Town, under which had become the main limiting factors in high yield. In order to improve the yield of rice, explore scientific fertilization method and through field experiment and soil, plant, grain nutrient analysis indoor, to further research and Chunhe Town of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium rice yield effect and nutrient uptake laws, improve fertilizer efficiency, increase the economic efficiency. Results showed that: fertilization was an important measure of rice production, and nitrogen fertilizer was Chunhe Town of rice production the main nutrient limiting factors, followed by potash, once again, was P fertilizer. Balanced fertilization conditions could reduce nitrogen losses while effective improve soil K activation and absorptive capacity, N, P, K fertilizer application the utilization rate of increase than 5.6%, which was 3.2%, 54.3%, respectively. Therefore, Chunhe Town rice fertilizers apply in guarantee under the premise of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium could be improved to reasonable fertilizer utilization ratio of rice production.

  Genetic Diversity Analysis of Wheat Aphids Resistant Wheat Varieties by Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) Markers 2011, 1 (2):  5-10.  Abstract + ( 3738 )   PDF ( 974KB )   ( 2477 ) In order to gain knowledge of genetic diversity of wheat varieties/lines resistance to wheat aphids, on the basis of field insect plot appraisal, 47 wheat varieties/lines with different degrees of resistance to wheat aphids were studied by 18 SSR markers to explore genetic diversity of wheat aphids. 18 SSR markers were screened and a total of 99 allelic variants were detected in 47 wheat varieties ranged from 1 to 10 alleles per marker with an average of 5.21. The mean of alleles of high resistance insect (HR) wheat varieties were 3.83, of resistance insect (R) wheat varieties were 3.88, of sense insect (S) wheat varieties were 4.06 and of high sense insect (HS) wheat varieties were 3.56. The PIC (Polymorphism information contents, PIC) for each polymorphic primer varied from 0 to 0.91 with an average of 0.64. PIC of the HR wheat varieties were an average of 0.60 (0-0.97), of the R wheat varieties were an average of 0.64 (0-0.99), of the S wheat varieties were an average of 0.64 (0.14-0.85) and of the HS wheat varieties were an average of 0.67 (0-0.81). The mean genetic distance (GD) between 47 varieties was 0.65 varied from 0.33 to 0.94. The GD between HR variety was 0.59 varied from 0.39 to 0.77; The GD between R variety was 0.62 varied from 0.39 to 0.83. The GD between S varieties was 0.62, varied from 0.37 to 0.83. The GD between HS variety was 0.64, varied from 0.37 to 0.84. Based on 0.67 of GD, 47 varieties were clustered into seven groups. Resistant insect wheat variety ‘Linyuan 95-5322’ was a groups by oneself. It was explained that there was a further genetic relationship between ‘Linyuan 95-5322’ and other variety, and ‘Linyuan 95-5322’ could be used to resistant insect parent.

  Analysis on Characters and Yield of Different Maize Varieties 2011, 1 (2):  11-14.  Abstract + ( 3733 )   PDF ( 939KB )   ( 2531 ) In order to select the new maize cultivar for Dingxing County, Hebei Province, the comparative analysis on characters and the yield of 7 maize cultivars had been studied under the specific climate and the soil conditions. The results showed that: ‘Jingdan28’ leaf blade had the highest photosynthetic rate and a good comprehensive character. The per unit yield reached 10321.5 kg/hm2. And the yield components of maize were 74025 spikes per hm2, 395 grains per spike, and the 1000 grain weight was 353.0 g. In the 7 tested maize cultivars, the yield of ‘Jingdan28’ and ‘Zhengdan958’ compared with other 5 maize cultivars were extremely different significance. ‘Jingdan28’ and ‘Zhengdan958’ were suitable for Dingxing County and other area with the close light and hot resources for realizing high-yield cultivation and increasing yield, which was of great significance.

  Efficacy of Oxadiazon?Acetochlor 42% EC in Controlling Annual Weeds in Peanut Fields 2011, 1 (2):  15-18.  Abstract + ( 2160 )   PDF ( 1157KB )   ( 2080 ) Oxadiazon?acetochlor 42% EC was sprayed on soil with pre-emerge peanut to study its control effect, optimum dosage, control techniques on annual weeds and safety to peanut by field trails. The results showed that oxadiazon?acetochlor 42% EC had excellent control effect on annual weeds and no injuries of peanut seedling in peanut fields. The stem control effect of annual weeds reached 91.7%-93.2% after 20 days and 85.7%-87.7% after 40 days at the optimum dosage of 810-1080 g a.i. and water 600 L per hectare. The fresh weight effect of this treatment was 82.1%-84.4% after 40 days.

  A GIS-based Research of Evaluation on Cultivated Land Productivity in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province 2011, 1 (2):  19-24.  Abstract + ( 2631 )   PDF ( 3192KB )   ( 2114 ) The area for research is Liyang City, Jiangsu Province. The object of research was evaluation on cultivated land productivity. The software resource in cultivated land at county level management system was taken as application platform. The GIS technology was used for dealing and combining all kinds of properties data and spaces data. And the unit of evaluation was formed by combining of land present usage images and soil images. By considering the nature essential factors of cultivated land, 12 factors were chosen as the evaluation factors. By using the mathematical analysis theories such as correlation analysis, factor analysis, fuzzy evaluation, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and so on, hierarchical structure was constructed, evaluation factors were set up which belonged to the models of membership function and calculated the weighting of each factor. A method of evaluation on cultivated land productivity that combines on qualitative and rational had been built. In this paper, the number and limit of cultivated land productivity level was determined by using the method of cumulative frequencies curve. The cultivated land which total area was 56251 hectares in Liyang City, which had been divided into five levels. And the area and percentage of five levels land were that: 1st was 1309 hm2 and 2.30%, 2nd was 20689 hm2 and 36.78%, 3rd was 31097 hm2 and 55.28%, 4th was 3136 hm2 and 5.60%, 5th was 20 hm2 and 0.04%. The results of research in this paper showed that the divisions of cultivated land productivity levels and proportion of each level were scientific and objective. The results reflected the status of cultivated land productivity correctly in the researching area, and it was basically in line with local objectivity. It indicated that the method of research has feasibility and scientificalness for the evaluation on cultivated land productivity. And the results were instructive to manage cultivated land scientifically.

  Hardening Mechanism and the Improvement on the Urban Landscape Greenbelt Soil 2011, 1 (2):  25-29.  Abstract + ( 7206 )   PDF ( 917KB )   ( 2855 ) In order to improve the quality of urban landscape greenbelt soil, to keep the urban greenbelt sustainable and healthy, the important characters of urban greenbelts in the nine main districts of Chongqing, such as the bulk density, anthropic-materials，organic matter, available N, P, K and biological quality, were investigated. The results showed that there were five most significant factors resulting in the hardening of the urban soil. The first was the artificial compaction. The total average value of soil bulk density was (1.47±0.05) g/cm3, the highest one was 1.72 g/cm3. The second was a lot of anthropic-materials. The average number was (40.2±4.43)%. The third was low organic content. The average value was (27.2±1.1) g/kg, available N and K content were low, available N content was (39.4±1.1) mg/kg, while available K was (87.3±1.9) mg/kg. The fourth was the unreasonable plant disposition. The last factor was unbalance in the population of soil microbes. The average number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycete respectively were (29.71±7.8)×105 cfu/g, (9.98±1.55)×103 cfu/g and (7.6±1.64)×105 cfu/g. Based on the principles of landscape ecology and symbiosis science, the integrative techniques were put forward for improving hardened and impervious urban landscape soil. The integrative improved techniques will benefit to the sustainable development of the urban greenbelts.

  Investigation of Xiaojinggou Ecological Park Medicinal Flowering Plant Resources 2011, 1 (2):  30-33.  Abstract + ( 2828 )   PDF ( 917KB )   ( 2335 ) By investigating and analyzing medicinal flowering plants of Hohhot Xiaojinggou ecological park, the results appeared in the wild flower plants with medicinal value of 53 families, 143 genera, 253 species, of which most species of composite, a total of 19 genera, 36 species 14.22% of the total number of species, followed by 12 genera and 28 species of Leguminosae, 11.06% of the total number of species; which antipyretic plant contained the largest number of subjects, a total of 19 families and 71 species, accounting for 28.06%. There were 5 families and 6 species Mongolia specific medicinal plants in it, accounting for 2.37%, and proposed ways to protect and use.

  Analysis on the Bioinformatics of Chalcone Synthetase Gene in Petunia hybrida Vilm. 2011, 1 (2):  34-39.  Abstract + ( 4397 )   PDF ( 954KB )   ( 2846 ) To study the homology and evolutionary relations among CHS (chalcone synthase) genes, CHS gene in Petunia hybrida, Vilm. was took as explants material, base distribution, amino acids composition, prediction of hydrophobicity or hydrophilicity, and multiple alignments with other 10 species were analyzed by the software and bioinformatics web site. The results showed that the mRNA single sequence contained 1170 bp base, the number of amino acids encoding protein was 389 and its relative molecular mass was 42580.02, Leucine achieved the highest content of 10.80%, hydrophobic maximum value was 2.038, hydrophobic minimum value was -2.208, and no obvious hydrophilic or hydrophobic area. The homology of multiple alignment of the amino acid sequence for CHS genes in 11 species achieved 80.55%. The results showed that the genes were in a stable state, encoded proteins were hydrophilic protein, and the evolutionary process was conservative. The conservative sequence information achieved in these CHS genes laid a foundation for other new CHS gene cloning.

  Effect on the Mycelium of Volvariella volvacea Under the Different Liquid Culture Conditions 2011, 1 (2):  40-43.  Abstract + ( 3080 )   PDF ( 929KB )   ( 2435 ) For the Volvariella volvacea V37 under the liquid culture industrialization production provides the concrete reference formula to the straw mushroom, and plants each kind of environmental condition request in the production process. The Volvariella volvacea V37 under the liquid culture conditions was studied, the different culture medium formula, the raise temperature, liquid volume in the bottled, the inoculation rate, pH and the culture time to its mycelium biomass were influenced. The results showed that: the optimal fermentation medium was formula B. Medium capacity 80 mL, inoculation rate 10%, pH was 6 to 9, the optimal culture conditions were temperature 30-32℃ and the culture time was from 6 days to 8 days.

Because of tea polyphenol contains multiple active hydroxyl, which makes it has multiple health care functions such as: antioxidation, anti-aging, sterilize, prevent old cardio-cerebral diseases, which had become the hot spot in medicine, food, the development of animal husbandry etc, and had developed hot tea polyphenols tablet, capsule, weight loss products, beauty products, etc. The antioxidant, sterilizing and anti-aging of activity tea polyphenol so strong that could act as antioxidants in cereals, oils and foodstuffs, aquatic products, meat products, the convenient food had good application aspects. And it also could rise to fight bacterium diminish inflammation, reduce weight, step-down, such as effectiveness could in medicine, hairdressing, etc widely applied. At the same time, it also could use in chemical industry, animal husbandry, etc.

  Isolation and Identification of Nitrite-oxidizing Bacteria 2011, 1 (2):  49-53.  Abstract + ( 3650 )   PDF ( 998KB )   ( 2341 ) Objective to study the isolation and characterization of the nitrite-oxidizing bacteria and identification by 16S rDNA. Methods one pure culture N3, which was enriched and isolated based on the procedures for nitrite oxidizer from sludge of a lake in Huzhou. Total DNA of pure culture was extracted and specific primers for the 16S rDNA of nitrite oxidizer were used for polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The amplified product was analyzed by agarose gel e1ectrophoresis and Sanger sequencing. Homology analysis was made by searching in Genbank with NCBI-Blast. Results the amplified fragment was 1441 bp for N3. 100% of N3 nucleotides were identica1 with the conserved fragment of Cellulosimicrobium cellulans (AY665978.1). Conclusion N3 phy1ogenetica1ly belonged to Cellulosimicrobium cellulans.

This study has important significance to dry land water saving farming and agricultural future development in Shanxi Province.
