Abstract: This paper analyzed the development of high-efficiency water saving in Shandong Province and introduces the main lessons. And the author analyzed the scale development potential of high-efficient water-saving irrigation and put forward the ways and countermeasures. The countermeasures included enhancing high-efficient water-saving project, exploring the new mechanism of agricultural water and establishing the effective management and protected mode.
