  Dynamic Research of Tillers on High Yield Rice Varieties in Heilongjiang Province 2014, 4 (5):  1-4.  Abstract + ( 1168 )   PDF ( 1184KB )   ( 980 ) To explore the superiority of dynamic growth of tillers of super high yield rice varieties in Heilongjiang Province, 3 super rice varieties, ‘Songjing9’, ‘Longdao5’ and ‘Longjing14’ were studied with plot trail in this experiment, and 3 common rice varieties, ‘Tengxi138’, ‘Longdao3’ and ‘Hejiang19’ were used as contrast, respectively. The results showed that, contrast to common rice varieties, the decreased velocity of ineffective tillers were slower after reaching the maximum number of tillers stage and spike rate were higher of the super high yield rice varieties. The correlation between yield and each characters of tillers were not significant. Yield had negative correlation with the maximum number of tillers, growth velocity of tillers and decreased velocity of tillers, but it had positive correlation with number of available tillers and spike rate.

  Tiller Break or Keep Type on High-density Planting Forage Sorghum the Influence of Soil Moisture Content and Yield 2014, 4 (5):  5-7.  Abstract + ( 1191 )   PDF ( 1140KB )   ( 1263 ) In order to study in addition to forage sorghum breaking tiller and tiller retention and whether thinning relationship with the production, by using the method Ota randomized comparison group, the study of soil moisture, plant morphological and yield. The results showed that: keep the tiller, not thinning treatment could efficiently utilized rainfall and irrigation, the plants increased significantly, increasing the total number of stems per plant, significantly increased yield, in addition to breaking than the tiller handle thinning yield 12.87%. High-density planting forage sorghum reserved tiller not thinning not only significantly increased production, but also could reduced the loss of human and financial resources in addition to the tiller and breaking thinning caused.

  The Research Situation of Southern Rice Black-streaked Dwarf Disease in China 2014, 4 (5):  8-11.  Abstract + ( 1136 )   PDF ( 1103KB )   ( 1608 ) A rice dwarf disease caused by southern rice black-streak dwarf virus, spread rapidly throughout the southern part of China in these years. However, it is a short time since the disease has been found, the current research on the disease is still at the strarting stage. This paper presents a review of the recent progress of disease symptoms，the characters of pathogenic virus and its vectors, disease characters, epidemic reasons and control strategies on southern rice black-streak dwarf virus disease, and provides a basis for effectively control of southern rice black-streak dwarf virus disease in future.

  Study on Loss Rate of the Corn Yield by the Effect of Head Smut 2014, 4 (5):  12-15.  Abstract + ( 1128 )   PDF ( 1141KB )   ( 1039 ) The effect of loss rate of the corn yield and disease situation by differential ear of head smut plant is investigated in five corn varieties, in order to confirm the yield losses of maize head smut on corn. The results of two sites showed that, part of diseased plants have differential ear that account for 0.51%-14.64% percent of the disease plants in the top leaves. There were four forms of differential ear, normal pollination and seed, normal pollination but undergrain-filling, normal pollination but cannot grain-filling, fail to pollinate. So the loss of yield could be reduced 0.13%-1.27% percent due to the yield of differential ear, so the loss rate of the corn yield was lower than head smut’s incidence.

  The Significance and Feasibility of Longitudinal Micro-water Gravity Irrigation of Slope Zone in Hexi Corridor 2014, 4 (5):  16-18.  Abstract + ( 1145 )   PDF ( 1336KB )   ( 1798 ) In irrigated agriculture, people irrigate through the transformation of terraces and strip land; this irrigation methods are with function of water preservation, fertilizer, soil conservation role in ensuring that the high-yield crops. However, this irrigate method also brings many problems. To overcome these problems and shortcomings, through theoretical research and experiment proved, gentle slope zone in the Hexi Corridor in Gan su Province, longitudinal micro-water gravity irrigation is feasible.

  Landscape Spatial Pattern Characteristics of Wenchuan Earthquake Affected Area:A Case Study in Subaohe Catchment of Beichuan 2014, 4 (5):  19-24.  Abstract + ( 1115 )   PDF ( 1510KB )   ( 1087 ) In order to provide theoretical basis for ecological recovery, landscape design and further precaution of secondary disaster, the authors analyzed the landscape spatial pattern characteristics in Subaohe catchment, based on the RS and GIS technical support. In the present paper, 4 kinds of spatial pattern characteristics were applied, including the patch characteristic, the heterogeneity characteristic, the fragmentation characteristic and the spatial correlation characteristic. The results showed that: the original landscape types were still dominant, but the spatial pattern was being more irregular. Micro geomorphologic landscape types produced by geological hazards had a higher degree of spatial heterogeneity and fragmentation, which intensified the instability of the landscape pattern. Furthermore, the interaction relationship of the landscape which belonged to the human disturbance area and the center part of landslide is more complicated than other areas.

  Analysis on the Hybridization Affinity Among Paeonia suffruticosa by SRAP Markers 2014, 4 (5):  25-29.  Abstract + ( 1047 )   PDF ( 1988KB )   ( 1206 ) The study was performed to explore the relationship between the setting percentages and the phylogenetic relationships. The purpose was to comprehend the influence factors of hybridization affinity among Paeonia suffruticosa. Sixteen Paeonia suffruticosa varieties were used as hybrid test materials, and using SRAP molecular markers to analysis the phylogenetic relationship between varieties. The results showed that: parents with a similarity coefficient of 0.31-0.35 tended to have a high setting percentage. The methods of parental selection in actual breeding work were suggested based on the present results. To get more hybrid seeds with purpose hybrid traits, so the parent should selected of a relatively farther hybridization.

  Study on Ecological Adaptability of Different Flue-cured TobaccoVarieties in Longxian Area 2014, 4 (5):  30-34.  Abstract + ( 1154 )   PDF ( 1276KB )   ( 1085 ) The main growth period, disease resistance, botany traits, agronomic characters, economic characters, and leaf appearance qualities of nine flue-cured tobacco varieties (‘LJ986’,‘LJ0110’,‘2972’,‘Yanan1#’,‘2819’,‘LJ982’,‘CF9010’,‘CF9087’ and ‘Qinyan96’as the control) were investigated in a field trial to select the tobacco varieties suitable for planting in Longxian region and needs for high quality flue-cured tobacco varieties of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial CO., LTD.. It was found that the effect of ‘2819’, ‘2972’, ‘Yanan1#’ and ‘CF9010’ was better, and growth and development, disease resistance, economic traits and leaf appearance qualities from the first four varieties were higher than that from ‘Qinyan96’; ‘2819’, ‘2972’, ‘Yanan1#’ and ‘CF9010’ should be recommended in Longxian region.

  Research on the Influence of Sustained Release SO2 Package Material on Fresh-keeping Effect of Muscat Hamburg Grape 2014, 4 (5):  35-40.  Abstract + ( 1130 )   PDF ( 1312KB )   ( 1445 ) The influence of active packaging film with SO2 generating on the quality loss of grapes stored at room temperature （25 ?C）was addressed. Table grapes were tested with three different packaging films. Two active packaging films with different oxygen translation rate(OTR) and one commercially available film plus a commercially available SO2 generating pads were used. The packed grape quality during storage was determined by monitoring the headspace oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration, the browning index, firmness, soluble solids content, titratable acidity and Vitamin C concentration. Two active packaging films (bags) successfully preserved the quality of packed grapes for the entire observation period (8 d). The commercially available PE film plus a commercially available SO2 generating pads was extend shelf time to 6 days. The obviously browning and water loss were obtained for control grapes exposed in room under room atmosphere after 4th days.

  Brief Introduction to The difference of the north and south area of plant landscape 2014, 4 (5):  44-47.  Abstract + ( 1177 )   PDF ( 1725KB )   ( 1540 ) Landscape plants design is also known as design of soft-landscape. In this article, the author selected two new residential quarters in Fuzhou and Qinhuangdao as research object by summarizing her own working practices and studying the conditions of plants in several residential quarters in north and south. By analyzing the landscape plants in these two residential quarters, the author summarized five differences between plants in the north and south and analyzed the causes of these differences. This article intended to help practitioners of plant landscape understand the differences between plants in the north and south, so that they can design their plant landscapes and utilize garden plants better in the future.

Meanwhile, the construction planning of “Yuxi manor” is set as an example. Moreover, the ICS (Internal Control System) is introduced creatively to guarantee the organic product. This article also provides reference for other organic manor construction.

The countermeasures included enhancing high-efficient water-saving project, exploring the new mechanism of agricultural water and establishing the effective management and protected mode.

  Study on the Application of 8 Inch Rice Transplanter and Corresponding Agronomic Technique 2014, 4 (5):  60-66.  Abstract + ( 1123 )   PDF ( 1329KB )   ( 1155 ) The primary objective of this study was to research effect of different row spacing transplanter on rice yield and corresponding agronomic techniques. Field experiments were conducted at Jiangxi province in 2011 and 2012, involving eleven early and late rice cultivars and two row spacing. The mechanical transplanting quality and grain yield of different treatments were measured. The results indicated that the 8 inch rice transplanter has a good mechanized planting quality and stable operation. The 8 inch rice transplanter compare with 9 inch rice transplanter, yield increased by 347.30 kg/hm2 and increase yield rate by 5.49% of early rice. The yield increased by 579.54 kg/hm2 and increase yield rate by 9.12% on 8 inch row spacing more than 9 inch rice transplanter of late rice. Based on experimental support research and related research results, the corresponding agronomic techniques for adapt to 8 inch rice transplanter was established.

  Effects of Different Plant Hormone Concentrations to Tissue Culture Stem of Edible Chrysanthemum 2014, 4 (5):  67-69.  Abstract + ( 1288 )   PDF ( 1225KB )   ( 1342 ) With potted edible chrysanthemum shoot tip explants, by adjusting the concentration of hormone induced callus formation、bud germination、subculture and the rooting, then the edible chrysanthemum are propagated rapidly. The results showed that MS+ 1 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.1 mg/L NAA was the best medium for callus and sprout differentiation. The induction of sprout was 55%. In the process of proliferation for plant tall and sturdy stems and leaves, MS+ 1 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.3 mg/L NAA+ 0.1 mg/L KT was the medium better. The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+ 0.1 mg/L NAA. Root number up to 11.

  Research on the Effect of Leaf Lettuce Se Influence 2014, 4 (5):  70-73.  Abstract + ( 1077 )   PDF ( 1234KB )   ( 1024 ) In this study, the effects of selenium enrichment on three kinds of leaf lettuce were compared. To observe the selenium-enriched influence on ‘Sheshou101’, ‘Daxiangshengyihao’, ‘Meiguodasusheng’, the content of selenium was measured by atom fluorescence spectrometer standard curve after the leaf lettuce was sprayed sodium selenate and selenite once or twice respectively with a series of gradient concentrations of 7.5, 15.0, 22.5 g/hm2. The results showed that 2 kinds of selenium source with different concentrations all can increase selenium content of 3 kinds of leaf lettuce. Of all the concentrations of both selenium sources, 22.5 g/hm2 of sodium selenite led to the best selenium-enriched effect. In once-spaying test, (11.33±1.5275) μg/100 g selenium content on ‘Sheshou101’ resulted in the best selenium-enriched effect, while (14.33±0.5774) μg/100 g on ‘Daxiangshengyihao’ contribute to the best in twice-spraying test, 3 times higher than (4.87±0.3215) μg/100 g after spraying once.

  Comparative Analysis of Different Stalk Position and Growing Area of Cut Stem and Leaf in Mainstream Smoke Composition 2014, 4 (5):  74-77.  Abstract + ( 1124 )   PDF ( 1464KB )   ( 1195 ) In order to study the effects of different stalk position and different growing area of cut stems in cigarette common mainstream smoke,analyzed the common mainstream smoke from 6 areas of domestic Flue-cured upper、middle and lower cut stem and cut leaf tobacco,The results showed that:in the smoke of different stalk position of cut stem, the tar was upper≥ middle＞lower,the nicotine was upper＞middle≥lower;in the smoke of different stalk position of cut leaf,the tar and nicotine was upper＞middle＞lower;there was no obvious regularity in carbon monoxide of different stalk position of cut stem and leaf. The differences of the tar and nicotine in cut stem and cut leaf between different growing area was litter. The carbon monoxide of the cut stem in different growing area was compared,it was heighter in BiJie and LinChang,but lower in ChenZhou.The tar and nicotine was obviously lower in the smoke of cut stem than it in the smoke of cut leaf;but the carbon monoxide was contrary.

The author introduced the 126 villages and towns supervision stations construction present situation and the results. In view of the problems existing in the construction process, proposed the corresponding countermeasures.

In view of this, people pay more attention to the management of food safety, but also more abundant discussion in academic circles. Public law enforcement level, but Chinese scholars focus more on food safety management, and the study of public enforcement and private enforcement of combining the two less. In this paper, starting from the analysis of food safety supervision in our country and the public enforcement and private enforcement, from two yuan with angle, discusses how to promote the effective countermeasures of food safety management.

  Design of Greenhouses Meteorological Environmental Monitoring Network System 2014, 4 (5):  90-95.  Abstract + ( 1094 )   PDF ( 1999KB )   ( 1171 ) Greenhouses can effectively reduce the impact of natural disasters in agricultural producing, so monitoring of meteorological elements greenhouses became a pressing need. Greenhouse is no longer isolated individual in this design, but rather combines them into a network. A greenhouse is a node, a node can be a region. The author designed the network of environmental parameters capture terminal and monitoring center of two parts, collection terminal with ADAM-4000 series as the control center, responsible for collecting greenhouse environment information, through the serial port to transmit the monitored data to the monitoring center on the show and back to the database for historical data in SQL Server queries.

In China's "Twelfth Five Year Plan" it was clearly pointed out that the development of agricultural modernization will be promoted in the industrialization and urbanization. In this paper the five aspect indexes were established, including of the input and output of agriculture, regional development, sustainable development, industrial structure and industrialization, and the level of agricultural modernization of Shuguang farm was evaluated. According to the evaluation results the agricultural modernization development advantages and disadvantages of Shuguang farm were analysized. And combining with the actual situation of Shuguang farm the development Countermeasures were put forward so as to provide reference to the construction of agricultural modernization of Shuguang farm.

It is characterised by the shape of concentric circles, multi cores, fan, ribbons and so on. The causes of this phenomenon have many aspects, such as economy, system, concept and environment.The existence and spreading of this kind of statue quo, not only encroachs on a large number of farmlands, which will directly threaten the material foudation of agricultural development, but also induces many social contradictions, which will severely affect the coordinated development of rural economy and society. Therefore, the in-depth cause-analysis of this situation is essential for scientific plans in rural construction, economical and intensive utilization of land resources, improvement of the rural living environment, and sustainable development of agriculture and food security.

  Consideration on Development of Sugar Industry in Yunnan Province in New Situation 2014, 4 (5):  111-114.  Abstract + ( 1155 )   PDF ( 1185KB )   ( 1144 ) Sugar Industry in Yunnan, after years of development, has already become the second largest agricultural product processing industry after tobacco. Yunnan has become the second-largest sugar-producing province in China. The development of sugar industry concerns the benefits of 6,000,000 farmers in Yunnan province. Development of sugar industry is one of the effective ways to solve the problems about agriculture, countryside and peasantry in Yunnan province. Although sugar industry in Yunnan has made great achievements, several problems still exist, such as lack of labour resource for sugarcane cultivation, research and promotion lag of the fine varieties, the raw materials can not meet the need of sugar producing, the low level of producing scale, the small scale management of sugar enterprises, and the technical equipment need to be improved. In the new situation of the strategy of building Yunnan into a gateway in China’s opening up to the Southwest, sugar industry in Yunnan should make full use of its own advantages, seize the opportunity, and the government should give more support to sugar industry, implement the industrialization of sugarcane planting, scale management, and structure adjustment, attach importance to scientific and technological innovation, and strengthen the construction of talent team to promote the healthy development of sugar industry in Yunnan province.

  Construction and evaluation and Research on indicator methods fishery sustainable development in Dengta City 2014, 4 (5):  120-124.  Abstract + ( 1038 )   PDF ( 1168KB )   ( 1014 ) To accurately quantize and scientifically evaluate the capacity of sustainable development on fisheries industry of Dengta City, a synthesized evaluation system is established based on some data on fisheries industry from 2000 to 2010. This system consists of 4 subsystems (economy, environment, resource and society) and 16 indexes. Selected 2000 as the base year, through the calculated the change of every index and synthesized evaluation by means of weighted calculation during the years (2000-2011), the conclusion is that every index on fisheries industry of Dengta had a considerable development with the tendency of a progressive increase year by year, reflecting the sustainable development of fisheries industry in Dengta has been greatly enhanced and will be well developed in future. The finding in this paper, not only for well understanding the comprehensive competitiveness on fisheries industry of Dengta has a significant impact, but also in the promotion of a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of great significance.
