Abstract:

Modified soil environment potential of Trichoderma aureoviride T1010 was assessed in soil by its adjust on microflora population and physical character and chemical substance. The population of microflora was isolated from soil by dilution method of counting. The physical character was assessed by weighting-in soil in laboratory. The chemical substance was assessed by chemical reaction. With cherry-tomato growing, the T1010 advanced some beneficial microflora to grow. The microflora positive correlating with T1010 was notable. The azotobacter population was 7.04 times than those in the beginning, and more 58.02% than the control. The T1010 controlled the other fungus to grow. The population of the other fungus was less 52.99% than those at the beginning, and less 79.47% than the control. The T1010 adjusted the physical character, the soil specific gravity and bulk density became lower than the control, the porosity was close to 50%. The N and organic matter increased than the control. The available P decreased than the control. The T1010 population was negatively correlating with available P. The lateral root was 2.44 times than CK. The Rhizoctonia solani disease infecting index got down 36.36%. T1010 is considered to be a potential adjust soil agent for amend soil physical character, increase some microflora, advance chemical solubility substances.
