Abstract:
Pesticide residue became the main factor affecting the quality and safety of food, so high requirements have been made for the method and technique of detection of pesticide residues in foods. We mainly summarized the reason and the hazard of the pesticide residue in food, and new detection technique of pesticide residue was reviewed as well. We hope this research would afford scientific basis for the detection and new technique of the pesticide residue in food in the future.
