Abstract: In order to understand the current situation of Hainan leisure agriculture development, and accelerate its resources integration, the superior resources, industrial distribution and benefit of leisure agriculture was analyzed in this paper. By the way, six problems were recited and six development models were advised. At the end, five guarantee measures were advised, which included implement the plan, government support, resources and technology integration and developing local features. So that Hainan has be richly natural resources, human resources and social conditions in the development of leisure agriculture, as long as the rational planning, development, under the guidance of policy, this industry would be success.
