  Chilling Investigation and Cold Resistance Analysis of Oil Palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacg) inJiangmen, Guangdong Province of 2012 2013, 3 (11):  1-4.  Abstract + ( 860 )   PDF ( 1204KB )   ( 1113 ) After the cold chilling in 2012, in order to compare the cold resistance of Elaeis guineensis Jacg new varieties including RYL31-40, Elaeis guineensis Jacg planting base of Jiangmen in Guangdong Province was investigated in April, 2013, and then chilling injury index of Elaeis guineensis Jacg was determined. Referring to regional the adaptive observing technical specifications of Elaeis guineensis Jacg varieties, the investigated oil palm was graded, and the chilling injury index was calculated according the weight. The results showed that: the chilling injury index of RYL38 and RYL32 were 0.286和0.270, respectively, they were larger than the other varieties. While, the value of RYL40, RYL31和RYL39 were smaller relatively, they were 0.157, 0.177 and 0.183. The results indicated that with chilling injury index as the evaluation of Elaeis guineensis Jacg cold resistance, Elaeis guineensis Jacg could withstand winter, and RYL40, RYL31 and RYL39 showed stronger cold resistance than the other varieties.

  Study on Simultaneous Determination of Residues of Chlorpyrifos and Cypermethrin in Brassica chinensis L. by GC-μECD 2013, 3 (11):  5-9.  Abstract + ( 1065 )   PDF ( 1295KB )   ( 1240 ) In order to simultaneously determine residues of chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin in Brassica chinensis L. more accurately and more conveniently, a gas chromatographic method with micro-electron capture detector (GC-μECD) was developed. The pesticide residues were extracted from greengrocery with aceonitrile under ultrasonic wave and the extract was cleaned-up by self-made florisil solid-phase extraction column and eluted with acetone/n-hexane（1:9, V/V）. The eluent from column was evaporated to near dryness in water-bath with constant temperature and diluted with n-hexane to volume. The analytes were separated by a heated HP-5 capillary column, determined by GC with μECD and quantified by external standard of the peak area. The liner range of chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin were 0.005~5mg/L and 0.01~5 mg/L, with correlation coefficients（r）higher than 0.99. Mean recoveries of two analytes in Brassica chinensis L. ranged from 84.2% to 116.9% at spiked levels of 0.1~1mg/kg, and the relative standard deviations（n=3）from 2.4% to 12.7%. Limits of detection for chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin were 0.0002mg/kg and 0.003mg/kg, respectively. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and can meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis on accuracy and precision, thus practical for the simultaneous analysis of chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin residues in Brassica chinensis L..

  Geochemical Regionalization of Potato Planting Area in Bashang Area——Taking Shangyi County as An Example 2013, 3 (11):  10-13.  Abstract + ( 887 )   PDF ( 5083KB )   ( 972 ) As a national-level poverty-stricken county, the Shangyi County, conducts agricultural production and ecological environment planning through suitable local circumstances in order to shake off poverty fundamentally. At the same time, the Hebei Geology and Mineral Bureau contributed capital to carry out a survey of agriculture eco-geological environment. The result of the survey demonstrated that: in potato superiority area, the element content of Si, K, Na was relatively higher, and the one of Mg, Cl, B, Ca, Cu, As was relatively lower, which reflected the eolian sand environment. The quality of irrigation water was better, and the water was abundant in Sr and presents alkalescence. Creating site geological environment model and summarizing recommendations in potato planning, could improve the plowland capacity effectively and develop the soil inner quality advantage. At the same time, it had conductive meaning for soil balanced fertilization. The result of area planning provides reference for revision on land utilization planning and crop planting structural adjustment.

  Agricultural Problems and Solutions in Ecological Civilization in China Today 2013, 3 (11):  14-19.  Abstract + ( 1094 )   PDF ( 1178KB )   ( 1398 ) As the global ecological environment increasingly deteriorates, the earth is suffering from the disaster resulting from industry’s excessive development, and lives of humans and other creatures on earth is getting more fragile. Therefore, the importance of ecology is increasingly significant; ecological problems are becoming the central concern of the development of global population. The 18th CPC National Congress of Communist Party of China writes “ to construct ecology civilization” in the political report to indicate the importance of ecological ethics in the development of China today. Based on the origin and history, this article analyzes the major agricultural problems in ecological civilization, such as problems in agricultural policies andsystems, crop security, agricultural pollution as well as food security, water pollution, soil erosion and desertization, biomass energy, and ecological and social problems related to development ofenergy plants. In the article, the approaches to better developing ecological civilization can be sum- marized as to build a diverse agricultural system adaptive to ecological civilization, to im- prove methods of agricultural production, and to develop sustainable agriculture. And, four main solutions to the problems above are reinforcing ecologically-moral education to build ecologically-civilized ethics, enhancing the laws and regulations associated with ecology protection, protecting natural resources as well as solving pollution and repairing ecosystem, promoting creativity on technology and system integration, and lastly, altering the current mode of agricultural development to form diverse agriculture. Sustainable and diverse agriculture is a practical choice for China today to achieve ecology civilization, and the future of agricultural ecology civilization should be based on landscape agriculture.

  The Classification of Short-term Synoptical Meteorology of Snowstorm in Fushun in Recent 10 Years 2013, 3 (11):  20-24.  Abstract + ( 827 )   PDF ( 1520KB )   ( 1066 ) In order to have a more in-depth understanding of snowstorm weather and improve the prediction accuracy of this kind of weather in Fushun area, using the 500 hPa geopotential height and sea level pressure data, the author studied the short-term weather type of 15 snowstorm cases in Fushun area in recent 10 years from 2001 to 2010. The results showed that: based on the 500 hPa geopotential height field, the snowstorm in Fushun area could be divided into the snowstorm of horizontal trough and the snowstorm of developing short trough which moved eastward, the cold air flows through the Lake Baikal and moved southeast in both the two snowstorm type; based on the sea level pressure field, the snowstorm in Fushun area could be divided into the snowstorm of Mongolia cyclone type, the snowstorm of upside down trough type and the snowstorm of Jianghuai cyclone type, more than 90% of the snowstorm belonged to the Mongolia cyclone and upside down trough type; the main characteristics of Mongolia cyclone type was the Mongolia cyclone strengthen after moving southeast to the Bohai, then to the northeast, the low value system moved to the north, was a necessary condition for snowstorm in Fushun; Asian cold high pressure moving from the northwest or NNW to the southeast or SSE, the intensity of Asian cold high pressure of the upside down trough type greater than the Mongolia cyclone type. In addition, the 60% of snowstorm appeared in December and March in Fushun in recent 10 years, from the first to the third nine-day period after the winter solstice did not appear snowstorm.

  Establishment and Optimization of SRAP-PCR Reaction System of Cymbidium goeringii 2013, 3 (11):  25-29.  Abstract + ( 1022 )   PDF ( 1894KB )   ( 1097 ) Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】To obtain Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) fingerprints of Cymbidium goeringii, the factors influencing the SRAP reaction system were studied【METHOD】The major components of SRAP,such as concentrations of Mg2+,dNTP, Taq DNA polymerase,primers and template,were optimized in this study by orthogonal design in five factors four levels respectively. 【RESULTS】The results showed that the optimum SRAP reaction system included Mg2+ 2.5mmol/L,dNTP 2mmol/L, Taq DNApolymerase 0.5U,primer 1.2mmol/L and DNA template 90 ng in the total 25μL reaction system.【CONCLUSION】Lay the foundation for the construction of fingerprints.

  Physiological and Biochemical Mechanisms of Melon Autotoxicity 2013, 3 (11):  30-33.  Abstract + ( 980 )   PDF ( 1265KB )   ( 1105 ) Abstract: In this paper, physiological and biochemical mechanisms of melon autotoxicity induced by plant aqueous extracts and root exudates were analyzed. The results showed that root activity showed a downward trend with the concentration of melon extracts and root exudates rising; the free water content declined, the bound water content raised; chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid content decreased; activated oxygen increased; proline content decreased firstly and then increased; soluble sugar and soluble protein content increased firstly and then decreased; ascorbic acid content had no obvious changing in extracts conditions, and decreased gradually in root exudates conditions; glutathione content decreased in extracts conditions, and increased in root exudates conditions.

  Determination of Optimal Felling Period of Southern Type Poplar in Siyang 2013, 3 (11):  42-46.  Abstract + ( 911 )   PDF ( 1248KB )   ( 1086 ) In order to determine the suitable harvesting period of southern type of poplar in Siyang area, at the same site conditions, the author took 3 m×4 m, 4 m×6 m, 6 m×8 m 3 different density planting, through 12 years of continuous biomass and afforestation cost accounting, analyzed the best input-output than, in order to obtain the maximum economic benefit as the harvesting period basis. The results showed that: the optimum harvesting period of the southern type of poplar planting density 208-833 plant/hm2 was 12-13 years.

The prevention and treatment methods of Chinese medicine on swine viral disease were detailedly introduced, which mainly focused on swine fever, influenza, epidemic diarrhea, porcine pseudorabies and blue ear disease.

  Weed Management Progress of Organic Rotational No-till Soybean Production 2013, 3 (11):  51-54.  Abstract + ( 917 )   PDF ( 1154KB )   ( 1556 ) Cover crop-based organic rotational no-till soybean production has attracted attention from farmers, researchers, and other agricultural professionals due to the ability of this new system to enhance soil conservation, reduce labor requirements, and decrease diesel fuel use compared to traditional organic production. This new system is based on the use of rye to create situ mulch that suppresses weeds and promotes soybean growth. In this paper, the author reports experiments that were conducted at home and abroad on cover crop-based organic rotational no-till soybean production, summarizes current management progress and gives an outlook to the future development in order to provide theoretical references for the current weed management of organic rotational no-till soybean production in China, especially in Heilongjiang Province.
