Abstract:
Using diploid sugar beet variety Ty7, obtained 3′end region, 5′end region and middle sequence respectively by stepwise cloning method. And then designed specific primer according to 3′end and 5′end region, the complete genomic sequence of nitrate reductase was assembled, The full-length sequence of nitrate reductase genomic DNA was 6,346 bp long. Proved the sequence obtained was target sequence by enzyme digestion. The results of sequence comparisons with its cDNA cloned previously showed that nitrate reductase genomic DNA has three introns, the sizes of the introns were: 197bp, 1088bp and 2343bp.
