Abstract: Academic journal of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine has always been affected by small circulation, inadequate funding, unstable editing team and other problems. Structural reform of newspapers and periodicals make it worse. there is a urgent problem to how to make the academic journal better to the general adoption of market principle to be solved. In this paper, the author analyzes the current situation of academic journal of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, suggests operation strategy of academic periodicals from accurate positioning journal, highlighting feature, stable editing team and so on. the journals business strategy, for the animal husbandry and veterinary journals can sustainable development to provide.
