Abstract: To further guide the farmers reasonable arrange the wheat production, prevent disasters, make full use of the natural resources superiority and the genetic potential, realize efficient production of quality wheat, climatic characteristics in wheat growth period and other factors as the main meteorological disasters, plant diseases and pests, topography, soil texture, irrigation conditions, planting structure etc were comprehensive analyzed based on the full investigation of quality wheat production status in Zhengzhou City. According to the relationship between quality wheat and meteorological conditions, the agricultural climatic regionalization indexes were defined. Quality wheat suitable planning area of Zhengzhou City was divided to four regions by using GIS method, which were strong gluten wheat suitable region, strong gluten wheat and medium gluten wheat transition region, medium gluten wheat suitable region, medium gluten wheat and weak gluten wheat transition region. The production management measures in each region were put forward according to the characteristics of modern agricultural production as well.
