  The variation analysis of main agronomic and quality traits of mutation lines derived from soybean Kefeng 14 2014, 4 (3):  1-6.  Abstract + ( 990 )   PDF ( 796KB )   ( 1167 ) After irradiation, some mutation will be occurred between the offsprings of soybean. This test is intended to resolve the law of the traits of the offsprings of soybean after irradiation and it can provide us the theoretical support of radiation breeding. 20 mutate lines derived from Kefeng 14 were analyzed by the main agronomic and quality traits to observe their variability. The results showed that the variation of agronomic traits is more than quality traits of all mutation lines. The days of maturity delay 7 days or more for 65% mutation lines. More than 80% mutation lines have significant variation in plant height, node number of main stem, main stem diameter, pods number of per plant, seed number of per pod, 100-seed weight and yield of per plant. The most mutation lines get a increased on yield of per plant. The yield of per plant is stimulative by the increase of days of maturity, plant height, node number of main stem, main stem diameter, pods number of per plant and 100-seed weight and is limiting by the decrease of seed number of per pod and 100-seed weight. The content of protein, fat and isoflavone has a significant variation for 20%, 30% and 15% mutation lines,respectively. The content of protein and fat is showing a downward trend and upward trend, respectively, which is affected by yield factors to most mutation lines. And the variation of the content of isoflavone has no obvious relationship among each traits.

  The Current Situation of the Grassland Locusts and the Strategies for Prevention and Treatment in the Border Area of Tacheng Region, Xinjiang 2014, 4 (3):  7-10.  Abstract + ( 1306 )   PDF ( 720KB )   ( 1236 ) This article has carried on the narration about the present situation of grassland locust plague in Tacheng region, which has reviewed hazards and characteristics of locust plague occurred in recent years, summarized the natural foundation and man-made factors of locust’s occurrence, and concluded the current locust control technology and evaluated their effectiveness. The article believed that the frequency of current locust plague was rooted in man-made and natural factors which have caused a sharp deterioration of grassland ecological environment, pointing out that the present prevention and control work was the key to protect and restore the grassland ecology so as to eliminate ecological foundation of locusts occurrence, making great effort to strengthen the locust plague’s early warning capabilities, and at the same time, paying attention to sharing information with our neighboring states about the plague of locusts.

  Study on Herbicidal Plastic Film for Corn in the Field 2014, 4 (3):  11-13.  Abstract + ( 1097 )   PDF ( 620KB )   ( 1462 ) Herbicidal plastic film for corn was a new kind of product with weeding and film functions. To study application effect of HPFC, the corn safety and control efficacy of weeds with HPFC was researched in the field. The results showed that HPFC could effectively control annual grasses such as Digitaria sanguinalis, Eleusine indica, Ageratum conyzoides in the field, control efficiency more than 80% within two months after mulching of HPFC, as yield was increased effectively. Using HPFC was safely for corn, and effective period of herbicide was longer than that of spraying herbicide directly.

  The Change Law and Mathematical Model Analysis of Rice Pest Population after Changing ‘double cropping’ to ‘single cropping’ 2014, 4 (3):  14-19.  Abstract + ( 956 )   PDF ( 1102KB )   ( 1115 ) In order to investigate the quantitative change law of rice pest population during the gradual changes of cultivation systems from double-cropping, the coexistence of single and double cropping to single-cropping, four monitoring points were designed to track and study the pest population structure and constitution number systematically between 1990 and 2012 using light trap and driving pests. The results were as follows: The number of pest species for rice was reduced to 8 from 9; The change law of pest population showed periodicity waveform curve change and the fluctuation cycles of W type and V type were 9-10 years and 4-5 years, respectively. While the fluctuation of different cultivation systems showed triangular change and the cultivation system of coexistence of single and double cropping was at a high operating model. Also, three mathematical models were constructed based on the numerical function simulation: Striped rice borer (F=-9.6459t2+158.54t+1920.9 (r=0.5648**)), Rice leaf folder (M=-636.37t2+22547t-162834 (r=0.7741**)), Rice hopper (N1=502.9t2-7097.8t+24522 (During 1990 and 2006: r=0.8050**) and N2=3122t2-133157t+1000000 (During 2006 and 2012: r=0.8191*). All these mathematical models would have an important guiding significance for single cropping rice pest monitoring and warning.

  A Preliminary Investigation on Southern Rice Black-streaked Dwarf Virus Overwintering in Southwest Guangdong 2014, 4 (3):  20-22.  Abstract + ( 1023 )   PDF ( 651KB )   ( 1217 ) Ascertain the southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus overwintering conditions, which is conducive to provide scientific basis of the prediction and comprehensive management for the rice. In this paper, the author carried out census and spot check combination method to study the SRBSDV overwintering in Huazhou, Guangdong Province from March to April in 2013. The results illustrated that, there was a large and high-density overwintering area about 0.37 hm2 in Huazhou, and the average diseased bundle rate was 13.3% while the highest was up to 68.3%. This paper also showed that, the SRBSDV occurrence of the ratooning rice was related to the climate condition and the previous year field virus source. It confirmed that the SRBSDV could overwintering successfully while parasitizing winter ratoon rice in Huazhou, which provided technical support for the SRBSDV prevention.

  Analysis and Advice on the Intercepted Epidemic Situation of Imported Plant in Beijing Port 2014, 4 (3):  23-27.  Abstract + ( 1075 )   PDF ( 998KB )   ( 1143 ) From 2008 to 2012, 3618 species (times) pests had been intercepted in Beijing port during the past five years. The most species were 1092 species (times) pests in 2011, while there were only 441 species (times) in 2008 Olympic year. The dominant pests were insects with 1970 species (times), followed by fungi with 1161 species (times). The third were nematodes with 285 species (times). Among all of the quarantine pests, the dominant pests were insects with 93 species (times), followed by the nematodes with 61 species (times). The third category was virus (viroids). The quantity and species of insects had reduced year by year, while the quantity and species of nematodes and virus (viroids) had increased obviously year by year. Based on the analysis of the epidemic situation occurred in Beijing port from 2008 to 2012, suggestions were put forward for the improvement of port quarantine and supervision, the reduction of the invasion risk of the exotic pests and the reference of inspection and quarantine scientific decision-making.

  Advance in insecticide resistance of thrips (Thripidae) in Thysanoptera 2014, 4 (3):  28-34.  Abstract + ( 1149 )   PDF ( 990KB )   ( 2098 ) This review introduced the progress in insecticide resistance of thrips from abroad and home researches. Insecticide resistance status of thrips investigated in different regions throughout the world were summarized, insecticide resistance mechanisms mainly including metabolic resistance, reduced rate of entry of toxicants, alterations and reduced susceptibility of target sites were also concluded as well. Furthermore, present study also overviewed relevant methods of insecticide resistance monitoring, such as toxicity bioassay, physiological and bio-chemical detection, molecular detection. Lastly, strategies of chemical, biological and agricultural were provided for insecticide resistance management. Overall, this review aimed at offering basic knowledge of insecticide resistance, better pest management and insecticide resistance management.

  Nitrogen Applying on Dry Matter Accumulation and N, P and K Absorption Efficiencies of Sweet Potato 2014, 4 (3):  35-38.  Abstract + ( 986 )   PDF ( 967KB )   ( 1225 ) Field experiments were conducted at the station of Shunyi Agriculture Sciences Institute in Beijing. This study is about the effects of 5 levels of nitrogen applying on dry matter accumulation and N, P and K absorption efficiencies of sweet potato. It is indicated that yield reached the highest value of 30.4 t/hm2 at N level of 210 kg/ hm2, and the corresponding dry matter reached 21423 kg/hm2 and the P and K accumulations reached the highest values of 145.7 kg/hm2 and 247.4 kg/hm2. When the N level exceeded 210 kg/hm2, dry matter did not increase with the increase of N applying which showed a platform relationship. We can conclude that 210 kg/hm2 N was the optimum N level for sweet potato.

  Effects of Different Fertilizing Modes on the Late Rice’s Economic Traits, Yield and Economic Benefits 2014, 4 (3):  39-43.  Abstract + ( 1053 )   PDF ( 682KB )   ( 1240 ) In this paper, we had studied the influence of fertilization modes on the economic traits, yield and economic benefits of late rice. Three treatments of soil testing for formula fertilization, conventional fertilization and blank no fertilizer were set to evaluate the effect of fertilization on late rice, which were implemented under field conditions from 2008 to 2012 in 13 counties (cities, districts) of Ji’an City, Jiangxi Province. The results showed that: except the seeding rate of control, the soil testing for fertilizer treatments reflected more obvious advantages than both conventional fertilization and blank treatment. The soil testing for formula fertilization had the highest yield, averagely reached 7478.6 kg/hm2, which was higher than conventional fertilization and control with 547.0 kg/hm2 and 2899.8 kg/hm2, respectively. The soil testing for formula fertilization achieved the best economic results, averagely reaching 15236.2 yuan/hm2, which increased 1061.8 yuan/hm2 and 4724.8 yuan/hm2 compared with conventional fertilization and control. The results demonstrated that soil testing for formula fertilization was the best fertilization mode, and was more suitable for the local promotion and application in the present experimental conditions.

  District Division Analysis of Wind Energy Resource in Linfen City 2014, 4 (3):  44-48.  Abstract + ( 1050 )   PDF ( 1279KB )   ( 1456 ) In order to clarify the abundance, scarcity and distribution of wind power resources of Linfen, and divide the areas into wind power available and unavailable zones, the author analyzed the average wind speed, hours of effective wind speed, average effective wind energy density and the division of effective wind energy area based on the self-recording hourly wind data of meteorological observation stations in 17 counties (cities, districts) belonging to Linfen from 2000-2011, and plot the city’s average annual wind energy density and wind zoning map. The results showed that: Pu County, mid-east of Xi County and south of Lvliang located in the mid-west of Fenxi County were regions that had the most abundant wind energy resources in the city, which also in accordance with the development conditions, it provided foundation for future development and utilization of wind energy resources. In general, Linfen was less abundant wind resource areas. However, the contiguous high mountain terrain in Linfen, such as south of Lvliang, still existed wind power resources available areas, and qualified for development and utilization.

  Report of Greenhouse Substrate Cultivation of O. javanica (BI. ) DC. 2014, 4 (3):  49-51.  Abstract + ( 1043 )   PDF ( 603KB )   ( 1293 ) Eshuiqin 1. was used as experimental material and peat, vermiculite, mushroom residue, soil were as substrate materials,The paper studied 8 different formulations of substrate cultivation of O. javanica (BI. ) DC.．The results showed that the formula with 50% peat and 50% mushroom residue got the highest yield，per 667m2 up to 6510.6kg，could be recommended for greenhouse substrate cultivation ideal formula of water dropwort．The test results of nutritional components showed that water dropwort planting in outdoor field had higher nutrient levels, however in greenhouse substrate culture less nutritional value, but more tender．

  Discussion on the Name for Description Physiologic Abnormity Blooming in Autumn of Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai 2014, 4 (3):  52-54.  Abstract + ( 1234 )   PDF ( 697KB )   ( 1290 ) To discuss the name for appropriate description physiologic abnormity blooming in autumn of Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai for promoting domestic and international academic exchange. Using search engines and other methods, 94 records about the “return bloom” of the report were collected, which involving 23 Chinese and English journal from 1979 to 2012. The results showed that the amount of description physiologic abnormity blooming in autumn by “Ercihua“ was the greater portion with 42.86% in Chinese literature, and ”Qiuhua”> “Fanhua”> “Zaohua”. The amount of description physiologic abnormity blooming by “return bloom” was the greater portion with 61.30% in English journal, and “secondary bloom or secondary blossom”> “reflorescence”> “secondary flower or second flower”. Summarized the main advantage and disadvantage of different name for “return bloom“ of Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai. The studies suggested that description physiologic abnormity blooming in autumn by “Fanhua“ in Chinese and “return bloom” in English was an appropriate way.

  The Experiment, Demonstration and Promotion of Hydroponic Cultivation Mechanization Skill in Ji’ning City 2014, 4 (3):  60-64.  Abstract + ( 862 )   PDF ( 1188KB )   ( 1273 ) According to the development status of Jining’s aquaculture, the author made a contrast experiment and demonstration by making use of the mode of hydroponic machinery and the traditional ventilated machinery used in conjunction in representative Rencheng. The results showed that: the mode could achieve the double effect of clean water and aeration, so as to optimize water quality, healthy farming, low-carbon energy technologies and the technical effect of building the appropriate water, it had laid a solid foundation for Jining’s aquaculture rapidly moving toward a resource-saving environment friendly, quality and safety, good benefits of modern fisheries development.

  Study on Tobacco Loading Chamber Sanded of Bulk Curing Barn for Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves 2014, 4 (3):  65-67.  Abstract + ( 1136 )   PDF ( 671KB )   ( 1059 ) To enhance the leaf quality of flue-cured tobacco, the trials were studied by the tobacco loading chamber sanded of bulk curing barn in Changting County of Longyan City in Fujian Province. The results showed that it was not significant for the humidity of bulk curing barn in the yellowing stage between the contrast and the treatment. However, in the color fixing stage, the humidity of the barn was over between 1℃ and 3℃ in the tobacco loading chamber sanded than the tobacco loading chamber. And the leaf quality of flue-cured tobacco was significantly enhanced by sand. Besides, the energy consumption was similar between them. Thus, the study suggests that it is a very good measure to enhance leaf quality of flue-cured tobacco by sand in tobacco loading chamber of bulk curing barn.

  Solar-Infrared Investigate of Joint Dried Grapes 2014, 4 (3):  68-71.  Abstract + ( 1143 )   PDF ( 993KB )   ( 1202 ) The article reviewed the unique Turpan grape growing environment and industry position, outlined the different methods of grape drying, drying characteristics and the advantages and prospects of joint drying method, pointed out that solar drying and infrared drying were saving energy, fast, high-quality the advantages, proposed that solar energy-infrared can be combined with herbs and other agricultural products, derived solar-infrared drying grapes was feasible, due to the solar renewable, infrared drying also had energy-saving features, combination of both dried grapes had broad development prospects. At present, solar energy-infrared drying was still in the research stage, a few studies in recent years, a breakthrough was not, had not reached the industrial application, with the energy shortage, solar energy-infrared applications would be rapid development.

  Effect of Different Durations of High Carbon Dioxide Treatment on Shelf Life of Sweet Persimmon in Baoshan Region 2014, 4 (3):  72-76.  Abstract + ( 1110 )   PDF ( 832KB )   ( 1130 ) In order to discuss the effect of high carbon dioxide treatment on shelf life of sweet persimmon in Baoshan region, the paper firstly studied the relationship between sweet persimmon fruit quality and shelf life so that a fast and accurate grading standard can be made. Then with the grade of sweet persimmon as a assessment index discussed the effect of different durations of high carbon dioxide treatment on shelf life of sweet persimmon. The results showed that: The hardness value was the most relevant quality index to the shelf life of sweet persimmon and can be used as the fastest and most direct basis to evaluate the grade of sweet persimmon. High carbon dioxide treatment was better for prolonging the shelf life of sweet persimmon.And the processing time is longer, the shelf life longer. The shelf life of sweet persimmon treated by carbon dioxide for 0、4、6、8、10、12 hours were respectively 6、16、20、28、36、45 days.

  Preliminary Research of Fishery Information System Security Maintenance Construction 2014, 4 (3):  83-87.  Abstract + ( 929 )   PDF ( 1608KB )   ( 1382 ) Aim to provide a good, safe, standard information security environment for remote information security system and to rapid position of the occurrence of the accident to avoid great losses of the accident. The article analyzed access authorization function to ensure consistency of all maintenance behavior. Through the unified maintenance access channel function, the operation and maintenance personnel could ask other maintenance personnel for collaborative operation when they cannot deal with the problem of the case alone. Through the real-time process monitoring function, any operation maintenance personnel on the remote host do will simultaneously displayed on the monitor screen of auditors, the administrators can manually interrupt conversation illegal operations. Through the historical record query and historical operating image playback function, the administrators can locate historical events. These remote information system security safeguard functions achieved the maintenance personnel’s permission assignment and made the operation process transparently to avoid the occurrence of ultra virus access or illegal operations security events. Operation environment which was researched in this paper, laid a solid foundation for the stable operation of the fisheries information system.

  Study on Precise Comprehensive Agricultural Climate Regional Planning of Quality Wheat in Zhengzhou City 2014, 4 (3):  88-92.  Abstract + ( 986 )   PDF ( 2956KB )   ( 914 ) To further guide the farmers reasonable arrange the wheat production, prevent disasters, make full use of the natural resources superiority and the genetic potential, realize efficient production of quality wheat, climatic characteristics in wheat growth period and other factors as the main meteorological disasters, plant diseases and pests, topography, soil texture, irrigation conditions, planting structure etc were comprehensive analyzed based on the full investigation of quality wheat production status in Zhengzhou City. According to the relationship between quality wheat and meteorological conditions, the agricultural climatic regionalization indexes were defined. Quality wheat suitable planning area of Zhengzhou City was divided to four regions by using GIS method, which were strong gluten wheat suitable region, strong gluten wheat and medium gluten wheat transition region, medium gluten wheat suitable region, medium gluten wheat and weak gluten wheat transition region. The production management measures in each region were put forward according to the characteristics of modern agricultural production as well.

And the author reviewed the various climatic conditions of the region’s main crop growth and weather disasters.

  The Discussion of Several Issues Concerning About Wheat Production in China 2014, 4 (3):  96-99.  Abstract + ( 1028 )   PDF ( 679KB )   ( 1191 ) Some issues of Chinese wheat production were discussed in the paper. Wheat is the staple food crop in China, is taken as the research object. Wheat production has made great progress in recent year, the yield level, total output have been developed by leaps and bounds. However, with the level of wheat yields raising, the over-reliance on chemical fertilizer was formed, during Chinese wheat production process. At the same time, the valuable crop stalks not only turned into the agricultural waste, but also became the nonpoint source pollution. The chemical fertilizers was irrational use, leading to eutrophication and nitrate pollution of water body, and bringing pollution and damage to the environment, and led to the destruction of soil structure and soil acidification. The groundwater resources were over-exploitation, the groundwater levels were declined. The Chinese wheat production was severely restricted by these problems. Some countermeasures were proposed in this paper, in order to promote the sustainable development of Chinese wheat production.

  Construction Multiple Structure of New Agricultural Management Organizations 2014, 4 (3):  100-104.  Abstract + ( 1058 )   PDF ( 1193KB )   ( 1104 ) Since 2005, farmers’ professional cooperative organizations and all kinds of agricultural social service organizations have developed rapidly in China. But there are a lot of problems, such as unbalanced development, small-scale organization, inefficient management and so on. This paper introduces the background and tactic of establishing main organization in agricultural management, analyses the type, development and evaluation of the main organizations in agricultural management in Japan, and puts forward some advice for the development of agricultural management system in China.

  Problems in Constructing New Main Body of Agricultural Scale Management and Its Countermeasures：A Case Study of Development of Family Farms in Fujian 2014, 4 (3):  105-111.  Abstract + ( 983 )   PDF ( 1358KB )   ( 1263 ) Abstract: The family farm is a new main body of agricultural scale management. The family farm can promote agriculture to increase benefit , promote farmers to increase income through the management of appropriate scale, with informatization, intensification, mechanization, commercialization. After the survey for current situation of the development of the family farms in Fujian, some significant effects of increasing income and becoming rich for the farmers by the family farms were summarized. Some urgent problems existing in the development of the family farms were analyzed．Some countermeasures and suggestions were presented and discussed．They included solving the problems of farmers by improving the land circulation, ensuring the quality of the development of family farms by respecting the desire of farmers, selecting the management of appropriate scale by suiting measures to local conditions, ensuring healthy development of the family farms by enhancing the comprehensive strength, protecting the national food security by combining planting with breeding.

  The Research about Balance System of Farmland in Occupation and Supplement:An Demonstration From Lin’an City 2014, 4 (3):  112-115.  Abstract + ( 979 )   PDF ( 648KB )   ( 1161 ) The paper takes Lin’an City as sample, studies the supplementary cultivated land in recent five years. The results showed that the quantity, quality and utilization of supplementary cultivated land is not fulfilled its designed function. on the basis of the in-depth analysis of supplementary cultivated land quality, the utilization situation and the implementation of laws and regulations related to management of land law, the paper summarizes the problems existing in the practice of the balance system of farmland in occupation and supplement, and puts forward by setting up correct view of achievements，implementing the accountability system of farmland protection; optimizing the non-agricultural construction land location, taking up less high quality farmland; optimizing the design of the land development and reclamation, improving the quality of farmland and perfecting laws and regulations, strengthening subsequently management works of supplement land to effectively implement the balance system of farmland in occupation and supplement.

  Commentary on Influence Research of Rural Clans to Rural Community Governance in Recent 20 Years 2014, 4 (3):  116-119.  Abstract + ( 1061 )   PDF ( 613KB )   ( 1309 ) The rural community where clan lives together as a big family determines the clan will have a greater impact on the community governance. Reviewing the last twenty years’ research on the rural clan influence to rural community governance, we can find that the literature focus on the rural clan governing model on rural community, the positive and negative effects of the rural clan to rural community governance, and the countermeasures of eliminating the rural clan governance influence on the rural community. The research about the clan effect on community governance has obtained the huge achievement. But China has a vast territory, a large population and the situation is unsustainable. The research has the biased deficiency. No matter what, treating correctly, using the clan reasonably, eliminating its negative effects gradually should be the principle that the researchers’ should follow in order to promote the effective governance of rural communities.

  Path analysis of Yuncheng city based on the resources of the development of modern agriculture 2014, 4 (3):  120-124.  Abstract + ( 984 )   PDF ( 702KB )   ( 1318 ) In this thesis, the natural presence, the superior resource of the agriculture in Yuncheng and the developmental achievement of the contemporary agriculture in recent years were elaborated. And the position which Yuncheng has occupied on agricultural development in Shanxi Province and among the four cities in Golden Triangle of Yellow River was analyzed. Meanwhile, the developmental disparity between Yuncheng and other areas whose agriculture has developed was expounded. The shortages of the development of the contemporary agriculture in Yuncheng were identified: the industrial chain has not been prolonged and the added value of products has not been enhanced; people’s brand awareness was poor resulting in fewer major brands; the size of the enterprises was relatively small so their business driving capacity is limited; the proportion and size of facility farming were small; the agricultural infrastructure like the irrigational facilities was poor.
