Abstract: Learning power is the most essential and core ability of the social individual in the learning society which advocates all people learning and life-long learning. Learning power mainly consists of learning motivation, learning perseverance, learning ability and learning transition. The research was carried out to investigate and analyze the current situation of the peasant college students’ learning power in Zhejiang province. The results indicated that they were older, poor learning foundation, weak learning power and so on. Based on the results, the promoting approach of the learning power was put forward from three aspects: student, teacher and school.
