Abstract: Developing modern agriculture is the first task of cultural transformation and upgrading. Based on the natural and agricultural resources in Fangzi District of Weifang City, this thesis was combined with the achievements of developing modern agriculture, simply discussed how to overcome the restricting factors and develop the ‘Leisure’, ‘Scale’, ‘Industry’, ‘Brand’ and ‘Technology’.
