Abstract: Abstract：Construction of modern agriculture would be the primary orientation in the near future with the fundamental shift in agricultural development pattern. As for the supporting role with agricultural project in its modern construction, the author illustrates the necessity of professional management of agricultural projects from the perspectives of project targets, principal manager body, and governmental investment policy. In addition, the author also proposes some policy suggestions for the professional management of agriculture project from the aspects of top-level design, qualified market players, and the supervisory and instructional industry associations.
