Abstract: It formed the structure which government led, the peasant acted, social participated, in the investment of rural water conservancy in Yunnan Province. But on the view of social equity, the result was not so fair, and the peasant’s enthusiasm was not moved so much, and the investment and income mechanism were not found. So people should improve and perfect these three investment mechanism.
