The Empirical Study of Qingdao Development Zone of Basic Public Services:In Case of Public Health and Basic Education

Abstract: This paper selected medical institutions in the number of beds per thousand, the number of doctors per thousand, the number of primary school teachers per capita burden of students, secondary school teachers per capita burden of a representative number of students, and several other indicators from both outputs and inputs respectively in Qingdao seven districts and five cities between public health and education differences between these two basic public services were analyzed and compared. The results showed: Qingdao five prefecture-level city in basic public services overall level of public health services was low, but the overall gap was shrinking; basic education capacity in recent years, Qingdao has been enhanced, but the overall gap was gradually widening; regional medical gaps in health services was significantly greater than the gap in education.
