Abstract: A scientific structure and rational layout of agricultural extension system is not only a basis for agricultural sci-tech achievements to be transformed and applied timely, but also a guarantee for the fast and healthy development of agricultural industry. Building the agricultural extension system in Shaanxi province from the perspective of collaborative innovation, is an important action to utilize Shaaxi Province scitech and talent advantage to achieve agriculture development, farmer’s affluence and rural prosperity. Building the new agricultural extension system must be in accordance with the theory of collaborative innovation in Shaanxi, run Shaanxi academy of agriculture and forestry in reality, innovate the agricultural extension system and organism, strengthen the cooperation of different main extension bodies, enhance the supportive capability of science to agriculture and make a breakthrough in financial means supporting agricultural development.
