  Effects on Agronomic Characteristics and Yield of Zhengdan136 under Different Row-spacing 2015, 5 (6):  1-4.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15010003 Abstract + ( 1136 )   PDF ( 1128KB )   ( 1124 ) The objectives of this study were to investigate the influences of row-spacing on maize agronomic characteristics and yield to seek new ways to increase yield by changing row-spacing. Field experiments were conducted in 2014 with randomized block design to study effects on agronomic characteristics and yield in eight row-spacing. Test variety was provided ‘Zhengdan 136’. The results showed that under the same culture condition, there were significant differences on yield but no obvious difference in disease resistance, plant traits and other major agronomic traits among different row-spacing. The best row-spacing was 100 cm equal row and 30 cm plant spacing in double plants which increased 6.7% yield compared with CK. Therefore, in order to gain higher yield under general planting in humpy ground in Northern Hubei，the row-spacing ‘Zhengdan 136’ should be changed to100 cm equal row and 30 cm plant spacing in double plants.

  Influence of Seed Produced in Different Year and Place to Yield and Correlating Analysis of ‘Ditian6’ 2015, 5 (6):  5-9.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.cjas14110004 Abstract + ( 926 )   PDF ( 1276KB )   ( 890 ) In order to analyze the influence of seeds which were produced in different years and places on the germination rate, the field emergence rate, the weight of single ear and yield in super sweet corn, the authors took ‘Ditian6’ as the tested material for the study. Its seeds that produced in three years (A1 2010; A2 2011; A3 2012) and two places (B1 Pingyao; B2 Hainan) were used for indoor germination experiment and field measurement. The results showed that seed production year saw greater impact on the four indexes, which were the seed germination rate, the field emergence rate, single panicle weight and yield. In addition to yield, effects of seed origin on the other three indicators were not great. The seed germination rate and field emergence rate of ‘Ditian6’ showed a downward trend with seed produced more years before. The germination rate and field emergence rate are highly significant different among three treatments of seed production year. But the germination rate and field emergence rate had no significant difference between two treatments of seed production site. Interaction of the two treatments was not obvious. Seed produced in different years and places hadn’t great influence on the weight of single ear. The single panicle weight of different treatments were in order as A3B1 > A3B2 > A2B2 > A1B2 > A2B1 > A1B1. Effect of seed production year and origin on yield reached extremely significant level. Significant interactive effects between two treatments were obtained. Treatment A3B2 had the highest yield of 14235 kg/hm2. For ‘Ditian6’, the field emergence rate and germination rate were positively correlated. What's more, yield and seed germination rate, field emergence rate as well as single panicle weight of ‘Ditian6’ were positively related.

  The Effects of Agronomic Traits on the Yield of Mung Bean Using Gray-relation Analysis 2015, 5 (6):  10-14.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.cjas15010026 Abstract + ( 1071 )   Abstract: To solve efficient breeding and high yield of mung bean, we studied on nine major agronomic traits and yield of ten varieties with grey correlation evaluation method. The results showed that correlation of different agronomic characters and yields were: pods per plant> 100-seed weight> node numbers of main stem > plant height> pod grains> growth period> blooming stage> branche number of main stem > pod length. Pods per plant has the largest effect on the yields of mung bean, then the larger is 100-seed weight, and the length of pod has the smallest effect on yields. When high yield variety of new MungBeen was selected, the character of Number of pods per and hundred-grain weight plant should be taken into consideration first, then to comprehensively consider the rest of characters.

  The Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Northeast Soybean Cultivars 2015, 5 (6):  15-20.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2014-xb0785 Abstract + ( 1457 )   In this research, 540 soybean varieties had been used for cultivation and investigation of important agronomic traits, the genetic similarity coefficient between the varieties were analyzed, and the major agronomic traits related with yield and quality were mined by path analysis. The research results show that: The genetic similarity coefficient of soybean varieties resources was from 0.526 to 13.347. The average similarity coefficient was 3.761. There were 211 varieties with the average similarity coefficient larger than the total average. This result showed that the genetic basis of the Northeast soybean varieties was very narrow, and need to expand. Simple correlation coefficient analysis had been done for eight agronomic traits of soybean. The seed weight and pod number correlation was the maxmium (correlation coefficient 0.758), followed were protein content and seed weight per plant (0.274) , protein content and 100-seed weight (0.218), the number of effective branches and pod number (0.198), oil content and 100-seed weight (0.18), protein content and pod number (0.142), kernel weight and 100-seed weight per plant (0.142), the number of branches and plant height (0.103), effective number of branches and oil content (0.1), effective branch number and seed weight per plant (0.083), pod number and plant height (0.077), other traits were negative correlation. So the yield of most soybean varieties in the northeast region were mainly affected by the pod number, seed weight, protein content, and the effective number of branches. The path analysis had been done with six important traits for 540 varieties. The results showed that: pod number and 100-seed weight were the direct contribution to the individual plant yield. The increasing of pod number attributed to the protein content and effective number of branches increasing, and the increasing of 100-seed weight attributed to the plant height decreasing. The path coefficient order was: pod number (0.814), followed kernel weight (0.367), oil content (-0.117), height (0.032), the effective number of branches (-0.022), and protein content (0.008). According to the control variety, evaluation of breeding value had been done for 540 soybean germplasm. The following varieties with prominent germplasm for yield were: ‘Heinong 19’, ‘Longheidadou 2’, ‘Longpinhei 09-518’. With large seed size weight germplasm were: ‘Jiunong 14’, ‘Changnong 15’, ‘Lingyin 2’, ‘Nenliang 6’. With high oil content germplasm were: ‘Kennong18’, ‘Changnong 17’, ‘Kenfeng 6’, ‘Jiufeng 10’, ‘Kenjiandou 15’. With high protein content germplasm were: ‘Yongjisihuazhuyandou’, ‘Baimoshidou’, ‘Xiaolimoshidou’, ‘Lvpiaoheidou’, ‘Binxianheidou’ and ‘Jilin27’.

  Study on Optimum Proposal of Fodder Soybean High-yield Matching Cultivation Technique in Autumn Idle Land 王富贵,, and 2015, 5 (6):  21-28.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.cjas14110001 Abstract + ( 1305 )   The study aims to relieve the forage shortage problem of livestock in winter and spring, effectively utilize the water, heat, light and land resources from August to October by multiple cropping forage fodder soybean, clarify the high-yield cultivation technique in autumn idle land and promote technology application of matching technology. Using orthogonal experiment method and PASW 18 statistics software, taking grass yield as the key measuring parameters, the authors compared the influencing factors of rowledge, density, nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K) and so on in autumn idle land. The results showed that density, rowledge and K had significant influence on the grass yield in autumn idle land. The optimum proposal of fodder soybean high-yield matching cultivation technique in autumn idle land was clarified as follows: leaving seedlings density was 750000 plants per hm2, and nitrogen (N) was 300 kg/hm2, phosphate (P2O5) was 112.5 kg/hm2, potash (K2O) was 375 kg/hm2 as basic fertilizer, 50 cm rowledge by sowing in line. In the proposal, fresh grass yield was 6661.67 kg/hm2, hay grass yield was 2723.64 kg/hm2, increase 24.17% and 27.63% than that of the second optimum proposal. The study could provide the theoretical basis and technical support for the production of fodder soybean in autumn idle land.

  The research progress of formation mechanism and ecological restoration measures on continuous cropping obstacles of oil crops 2015, 5 (6):  29-33.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.casb14100009 Abstract + ( 906 )   PDF ( 1108KB )   ( 998 ) The negative effect of continuous cropping on growth and development of oil crops (peanut, soybean, sesame) was large. Under continuous cropping condition, the plant became shorter, dry matter accumulation decreased, senescence was accelerated, diseases and pests of plant increased, and the yield declined rapidly. Based on current research achievements on continuous cropping obstacles of oils crop home and abroad, It was viewed that there were four factors that can result in continuous cropping obstacles, which were lack of soil and plant nutrients, microbial flora imbalance, some soil enzymes activities decreased, and auto toxicity increased. This paper summarizes four restoration methods for continuous cropping obstacles by far, including that breeding continuous cropping tolerant varieties, developing special continuous cropping resistant fertilizer, improving farming ways, as well as biologics and soil disinfectants. Based on this, it was hoped to provide theoretical reference for ecological restoration measures on continuous cropping obstacles of oil crops.

  Inhibitive effect of Bio-agents against Powdery Mildew in Organic Cucumber 2015, 5 (6):  42-44.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0600 Abstract + ( 955 )   PDF ( 1299KB )   ( 877 ) Cucumber powdery mildew is one important diseases threatening to the facility cultivation of cucumber, biological agents application to control cucumber powdery mildew is significantly critical to meet organic agriculture standard (GB/T 19630——2011) requirements in the actual production. This study compared the effect of bacillus subtilis wettable powder (1 billion cfu/g) and amino-sugars for powdery mildew control in organic cucumber planting. Results showed that, continuous spraying 200 times bacillus subtilis wettable powder or 700 times amino-sugars could better control the occurrence of powdery mildew when the cucumber powdery mildew disease was lighter (disease index less than 18.19). And the control effects reached 87.2%- 90.7% and 52.5%- 91.5% respectively. It was advised that before the organic cucumber powdery mildew happened or the disease index less than 10 use biological agents to control organic cucumber powdery mildew.

  Effect of allelopathy of Equisetum arvense L. on morphology, physiology and yield trait of soybean in postreproductive period 2015, 5 (6):  45-51.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.cjas15020001 Abstract + ( 1091 )   [Objective]Our objective was to discuss the allelopathy of Equisetum arvense L. on soybean at postreproductive growth. [Method]The greenhouse pot experiments were performed to investigate the effect of E. Arvense sterile shoots aqueous extract on morphological indices, physiological indices and yield trait of 5 kinds of soybeans, i.e., BD, BJ, DK1, DK3 and HH in postreproductive period. [Result]The results showed that plant height, leaf area, chlorophyll content, grain number per plant, pod number per plant, effective pod number per plant and podding height of all kinds of soybean decreased, POD activity and CAT activity firstly increased and then decreased with E. arvense aqueous extract treatment. The plant height in yield trait of BJ significant decreased with the treatments of E. arvense aqueous extract at 0.04 kg·L-1 and 0.07 kg·L-1 concentration (P<0.05). The pitch number of BD significant decreased with the treatments of E. arvense aqueous extract at 0.07 kg·L-1 concentration (P<0.05). However plant height in yield trait of BD, DK1, DK3, HH and pitch number of BJ, DK1, DK3, HH changed little after the treatment of E. arvense aqueous extract. [Conclusion]Above all indicated soybean had certain resistance with the treatments of E. arvense aqueous extract at lower concentration, while there were great influence of the allelopathy of E. arvense in soybean at postreproductive growth.

  Physiological characteristics in the seedling of Castanopsis fissa Rehd.et Wils under different basic fertilizer levels 2015, 5 (6):  52-58.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.cjas15030013 Abstract + ( 899 )   In order to study the effect of physiological characteristics in the seedling of Castanopsis fissa Rehd.et Wils under different basic fertilizer levels, the one year seedling was the experimental material. As to provide theoretical basis for choosing basic fertilizer, put the seedlings in different phosphate fertilizer levels, the compound fertilizer the urea and ck, tested some physiological indexes——the ultra oxygen anion content, the SOD and POD activity, the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate——in seasonal change after fertilization. The results showed that the phosphate fertilizer, in low and medium concentration,could promoted the physiological activities in the seedling of Castanopsis fissa Rehd.et Wils. Therefore, It was the suitable type and concentration of basic fertilizer in the seedling of Castanopsis fissa Rehd.et Wils that fertilized superphosphate (including effective P2O516 %) 25-50 t per hm2,which could increased its protective enzyme activity, the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate, reduced the ultra oxygen anion content.

  Differences in soil fertility and fertilization countermeasure of cultivated land in different landforms of Hangzhou region 倪中应,刘永红,, and 2015, 5 (6):  59-64.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.cjas14120019 Abstract + ( 904 )   In order to understand the spatial variation in soil fertility of cultivated land in the Hangzhou region, and provide the basis for scientific fertilization, a comparison of differences in pH value, organic matter, total N, available P, available K and CEC of the soils was carried out among four landforms, including plain with water network, coastal plain, valley plain and hilly areas. The results showed that soil acidification in cultivated land in valley plain and hilly area was most obvious in the Hangzhou region. The contents of organic matter and total nitrogen and fertilizer retention capacity (CEC) were significantly lower than those of other areas. Besides the plain with water network, soil available K of the cultivated land was generally low. Soil available P in each of four agricultural landform areas varied greatly, and affected by fertilization. On the whole, fertility of cultivated soil in water net plain is the highest in the region. Some fertilization countermeasures for each of agricultural landform areas were put forward. It was important to increase input of organic fertilizers and improve basic fertility of the cultivated land in the coastal plain. Soil testing and fertilization was an important work in the plain with water network, and application rate of fertilizers should be determined according to the actual status of soil nutrient. Using limestone to decrease soil acidity and appropriately increase the dosage of potassium fertilizer should be available ways to modify soil quality of the cultivated land in valley plain and hilly areas.

  Study the Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technology of Wheat Stripe Rust in Nanchong Area(1Plant protection and plant quarantine station of Nanchong city, the Sichuan Nanchong, 637000； 2015, 5 (6):  59-64.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.cjas15010019 Abstract + ( 979 )   In order to controlling the epidemic of stripe rust, reducing the cost and pollution of pesticide, suppressing the spread amount of inoculum source, and ensuring safe production and sustainable development of wheat producing areas, comprehensive prevention technology research of wheat stripe rust was performed in Nanchong, Sichuan Province. Through systemic monitoring and census in the field, wheat resistance identification, stripe rust physiological race inspection, comprehensive treatment and meteorological data analysis, the results was obtained and indicated that: the stripe rust resistance of major wheat cultivars was reduced year by year with the increasing of planting years, and then been phased out; it can effectively reduce the epidemic of stripe rust by replacing a new wheat cultivar with different resistance sources every 3 – 5 years, and completing rational distribution of wheat cultivars. The results of comprehensive treatment first proved that: the control efficiency of wheat stripe rust by intercropping of wheat and other crops could up to 14.84% – 62.89%; pursue dressing seeds and healthy cultivation could delay and reduce the epidemic of stripe rust, reduce the amount of overwinter inoculum source and spring prevalence; the best controlling proposal is that spraying pesticides thrice in jointing stage, booting stage and flowering stage, respectively; the suitable dosage of 25% propiconazole is 600 mL/hm2 – 650 mL/hm2. Prevention demonstrating and emergency controlling could improve the control effect significantly, and lead to implement the large area controlling. Since 1999, the occurrence frequency of wheat stripe rust in Nanchong as much as 81.25%. However, the actual loss ratio of wheat production were all under 2% by applied the comprehensive prevention technology (except 2002, the stripe rust catastrophic epidemic year), as well as 3,125 t pesticide have be saved.

  The impact of climate change on Huan County returning farmland to forest and grass And the Countermeasures 刘英 2015, 5 (6):  65-70.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0023 Abstract + ( 1321 )   PDF ( 1376KB )   ( 988 ) As the half arid area, returning farmland to forest and grassland, which is not only the main direction of adjusting the industrial structure, but also is an important work for the building of the ecological environment in Huanxian county. So, climate- studying has important practical significance to Returning farmland effect. This paper adopts research method of the climate tendency coefficient and climatic trend rate, cumulative anomaly, YAMAMOTO test, by analyzing the consecutive meteorological data from 1957 to 2012. The results showed that: over the past 55 years, the annual average temperature increase 0.43 ℃ / 10a, this is much higher than the national average temperature growth which is 0.22 ℃ / 10a .The annual average temperature is even a mutation phenomenon from cold to warm in 1987, before and after the mutation , temperature increased by 1.2 ℃; over the 55 years, it showed a trend of decrease of annual precipitation change, the damping is 15.4 mm / 10 a, annual precipitation days also showed a trend of decrease. Climate is warm and dry, it increases in the heat and light and meanwhile, it also causes droughts, floods, hail, frost and other natural disasters, it has a certain influence on returning farmland to forest and grass work. In order to cope with the effects of climate changes, the author suggested that planting structure should be adjusted in this area from food crops to grass and trees, so that improve the ecological environment. Returning farmland to forest and grassland should take shelter forest and economic forest with arbor, irrigation, grass; The native species of tree and grass with drought resistance and cold resistance should be chosen; Grass and shrubs can be directly seed with the rainy season in the barren hills, wasteland and so on. As arbor can plant by stock in the spring and autumn season ,select multiple strains of afforestation, shade reforestation and other methods of drought resistance afforestation and raise survival rate with temperature raising agent; vigorously develop the " 121" rainwater harvesting, water conservancy, so that keep the trees and grass from the water.

  Evaluation on Ecological Security for Regionally Sustainable Utilization of Land Resources——A Case of Hainan Province 2015, 5 (6):  71-77.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.cjas14120015 Abstract + ( 931 )   In order to implement the “State Council Comments on promoting the construction of Hainan International Tourism Destination development ”,Maintain the needs of Hainan International Tourism Destination development. The paper, applying model analysis methods through elaborate survey, by taking the Land Resources of Hainan province as the research object and ultimately building up the Evaluation on Ecological Security index system for Sustainable Utilization of Land Resources in Hainan Province which contain 3 main categories: 1) land natural ecological security; 2) economic ecological security; 3) the social ecological security. The results of Evaluation on Ecological Security in Hainan indicate that the land Resources Ecological Security status of Hainan counties and urban are generally safety in 2011, and Five counties and urban are safety. Finally, according to the strategic positioning of Hainan International Tourism Destination, countermeasures and suggestions of the Sustainable Utilization of land resources in Hainan province were put forward.

  The Climate Characteristic Change of 0℃ Boundary Temperature in Western Guanzhong Shaanxi Nearly 50 Years wang chun juan 2015, 5 (6):  78-81.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2014-xb0828 Abstract + ( 974 )   In order to study under the background of climate warming, 10℃ temperature variation characteristics, analyze Western Guanzhong in Shaanxi Province from 1961 to 2010, the average temperature stability by 10℃ at the beginning of the day, all day long, interval number and its change characteristics of accumulated temperature. The results showed that: Baoji Shaanxi, the average temperature of 10℃ or more significant early trend in the early days, all showed a trend of fluctuations delay. Early all day long interval between days increased significantly. During the acuity 10℃ accumulated temperature of 56.568℃.d/10 a significantly increased. Accumulated decadal fluctuations increased, frequently alternating cold and warm.

  Climatic Variability of Sunshine Hours Change in Tianshui 2015, 5 (6):  82-87.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0786 Abstract + ( 909 )   PDF ( 1433KB )   ( 1242 ) Based on the hour’s data of meteorological stations from 1965-2011, the characteristics of sunshine hours change in Tianshui City had been studied with the methods of accumulative anomalies, Mann-kendall test and wavelet analysis. The result indicated that, the annual average sunshine hours showed a trend of decrease in Tianshui, The annual average sunshine hours increased during 1965-1980 and 1993-2008, and it showed a trend of reduce in, and tends to decrease since 2009. The greatest amplitude season was summer, spring sunshine hours change is on the rise, the rest of the season was on the decline. The wavelet analysis results showed that throughout the year and each season of sunshine hours most had the small scale of quasi cycles in Tianshui, winter there were mesoscale cycles, summer on the interdecadal changes exist quasi cycle changes in 27 years. Spatial distribution of the change rate showed that the trend was general but not universal; the change tendency was more significant in the north of Tianshui.

  The Research on Tissue Culture of “Zhongqiusucui zao” 2015, 5 (6):  88-91.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0494 Abstract + ( 957 )   PDF ( 1249KB )   ( 982 ) In order to establish the propagation system of‘Zhongqiusucui zao’, the sterilizing time of explants, kind choosing of explants, induction and proliferation of adventitious buds and roots were studied. The result showed that the bud explants from water-cultured branches was the best explant. This kind of explant could be sterilized by 0.1% HgCl2 for 5 min; MS (ameliorated) medium with 2.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.15 mg/L NAA was the optimum starting medium. The induction rate of sprout was 94%. MS (ameliorated) medium with 1.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA was the optimum proliferation medium. The sprout number per explant amounted to 6.5. The optimum rooting medium was 1/2 MS (ameliorated) with 0.15 mg/L NAA. Sprout had an average root number of 3.6.

  Analysis on Growing Process of Halesia macgregorii in Jiulianshan Mountain of Jiangxi Province 2015, 5 (6):  92-95.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2014-xb0730 Abstract + ( 882 )   In order to understand the natural growth status of Halesia macgregorii, revealing its natural growth processes, based on a stem analysis data of 54- year- old Halesia macgregorii in Jiulianshan Mountain of Jiangxi Province, analyzed H. macgregorii tree height, DBH, volume growth process. The results showed that 5-10 age class tree height of the fastest growing, 15-35 age class for the vigorous growth period of DBH, 35 age class into volume vigorous growth period. Age of 54 years, the volume growth was still growing vigorously. The curve of average increment and the curve of current annual increment did not intersect, which showed the H.macgregorii did not reach the quantity maturity. H. macgregorii growth was relatively slow, seed germination difficulties, natural growth of plants was scarce, artificial cultivation of seedlings should be carried out and return to nature and the reconstruction of the population, artificial supplementary expand its population.

  Analysis of the Evolution of Technological Innovation Model in Anhua Dark Tea Industry 邓懿珊 and 朱海燕 2015, 5 (6):  96-101.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb14110071 Abstract + ( 969 )   Through the investigation of the development history of Anhua dark tea industry, combining with the process model theory of technical innovation, the author preliminarily put forward the developing orbit of the technical innovation and the developing driving force of Anhua dark tea industry. Since the flourish of Anhua dark tea in Ming and Qing dynasties, the technical innovation process of Anhua dark tea has experienced four steps which were the collaborative pull model between borderland market and the government’s control before 20th century, the one way driving model by the science and technology in dark tea industry from the early to the end of 20th century, the one way driving model by the inland market demands from the end of the 20th to the early 21st century and the interaction model slowly formed by technology and market in tea industry nowadays.

  Space-time Characteristic of Total Nitrogen of Flue-cured Tobacco in Qianxinan 2015, 5 (6):  102-104.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.2014-xb0465 Abstract + ( 861 )   The total nitrogen content of flue-cured tobacco from main tobacco-growing areas in Qianxinan was determined by continuous flow method to study its space-time characteristic. The results showed that total nitrogen content of flue-cured tobacco belonged to lower-sugar tobacco-planting areas with a mean of 1.78%, amplitude of 1.36%-2.42%. The total nitrogen content of flue-cured tobacco in Zhenfeng County, Qinglong County, Xingyi City was extremely significant more than Xingren County. The total nitrogen content increased with the increase of the year. The total nitrogen content decreased gradually from the high total nitrogen content areas northeast of to southwest orientation.

  The effects of phosphate on growth of Low-yielding and young chinese fir 2015, 5 (6):  105-108.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-2606 Abstract + ( 991 )   PDF ( 1268KB )   ( 958 ) To reveal the regression effect between the sapling increment and the rate of P application, an experiment of phosphorus fertilizer was conducted in 3a low-yield young Cunninghamia lanceolata forest. The conclusions have been showed as follows: a parabolic trend equation was efficiently affected the relationship between the increment and the application amount, which showed a typical convex curve and one peak each index of increment reflected. Each index of increment rose with the increase of P fertilizer amount before the crest, and turned to degradation with the increasing of fertilizer application after the peak. According to the results, 0.098kg and 0.100kg per tree of P fertilizers were applied to trees which average height and base diameter was corresponded to the maximum respectively, the greatest height and base diameter in theory were 1.48m and 3.15cm, and respectively increased by 49.5% and 37.6% were compared to the comparison’s.

  Effects of soil dumping on survival rates and growth of four species of trees 2015, 5 (6):  109-112.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0787 Abstract + ( 904 )   PDF ( 1221KB )   ( 909 ) Constructions of housing, tunnel and subway in cities produce the large amount of soil. The soil is often dumped into the forest, but the effects of the soil dumping to the trees were unclear. In this paper, survival rates and growth of four species of trees were investigated when the trees were dumped by construction soil. The main results showed that Liriodendron chinense× L. tulipifera was the most sensitive to the soil dumping. When the depth of dumping soil was about tens of centimeter, Liriodendron chinense× L. tulipifera had phenomenon of death. When the depth of dumping soil was above to two meters, the death rates were more than 80%. However, Taxodium ascendens and Taxodium mucronatum× Cryptomeria fortunei had no phenomenon of death although the depth of dumping soil was above to three meters. Meanwhile Camptotheca acuminata had medium status. Growth tendency of diameter at breast height of four trees species was similar to survival rates. Respiratory rates of soil were obviously decreased when the forest were dumped by construction soil. It was suggested that the resistances of Taxodium ascendens and Taxodium mucronatum× Cryptomeria fortunei to the soil dumping were strong, Camptotheca acuminata was medium, Liriodendron chinense× L. tulipifera was weak.

  Comparison of Drought Tolerance, Salt Tolerance and Moisture Tolerance in Varieties of Trees 2015, 5 (6):  113-116.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2013-xb0455 Abstract + ( 958 )   PDF ( 1258KB )   ( 1074 ) In order to research the differences in the resistance of varieties of trees, the Acer truncatum Bunge, Lagerstroemia indica L., Pteroceltis tatarinowii Maxim., Ulmus densa Litv. and Hibiscus syriacus L. seedlings were studied through the comparison of their drought tolerance, salt tolerance and moisture tolerance and a comprehensive evaluation on resistances of 5 varieties was given based on subordinate function values analysis. The results showed that: there was a deep difference in the resistance of varieties of trees, a comprehensive evaluation on the ability of resistance of the varieties of trees was Lagerstroemia indica L.> Ulmus densa Litv.>Hibiscus syriacus L.>Acer truncatum Bunge>Pteroceltis tatarinowii Maxim.

  Tobacco Floating seedlings environment evaluation and analysis of multi-span plastic greenhouse in Guizhou 2015, 5 (6):  117-121.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas14120017 Abstract + ( 885 )   PDF ( 1223KB )   ( 1041 ) [Objective][Method]To control the environment factors and set artificial light scheme reasonably in multi-span plastic greenhouse used for tobacco seedling, basing on the different growth period environment need of flue-cured tobacco seedlings, the inside and outside environment factors and the light intensity change between seedling frame layers were tested and analyzed in Guizhou typical tobacco floating seedling plastic greenhouse. [Result]The result show, the highest temperature can reach 25 ℃ in sunny day, but in cloudy day, it is only 15.3 ℃, the relative humidity changed from 40 % to 90 %, and the light intensity range was 50 to 5000 umol.m-2.s-1, which are fit to tobacco seedling growth. When using the three-dimensional seedling frame with 6 layers, the natural light on the fifth and sixth layer is enough for seedling growth, but the artificial light was need to be added from the first to the fourth layer. [Conclusion]This experiment research can give theoretical proof for reasonable environment adjust measures and artificial light scheme.

  The Design and Implementation for Table Grape Grading and Packaging Line System 2015, 5 (6):  122-126.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb14110068 Abstract + ( 976 )   In order to change our traditional low-end and inefficient table grapes packaging, the first set of table grape grading and packaging line in our country were designed and established. Based on the research and application of decontamination, grading, quality testing, weighing, packaging, palletizing, and transport to pre-cooling, established a set of technological process for table grape processing; A cart for grape harvest and monolithic fold box for table grape packaging were designed and applicated, which reduced possible damage during moving, storage and transport; By combined utilization of wooden pallet, fork truck, and pneumatic packer, the labor intensity of transport, conveying and packing during grading and packaging process was reduced, and the work efficiency was increased 5 times. After the grading and packaging through the line, the products are hierarchical and have exquisite packaging, the commercial of fruit has promoted effectively, and the classification of sales are realized, the higher the quality, the better price.

[Methods]The system uses B/S operation, Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 development tools and Microsoft Access database. [Results]The system formed 3-layer-structure, namely management layer, data layer and customer layer, contained function modules, including administrator modules such as resources library management, target library management, user management, database backup and log download, and user modules such as search, video online watch, BBS discussions. The system provided users with abundant agricultural videos and friendly user interface to achieve classification, query, browse and usage of the agricultural videos. [Conclusions] The Agricultural Video Resource Management System can provide a convenient One-stop resource sharing service, and implement for planning, management, maintain and etc. All these are significant for cultivating new farmers and promoting agricultural development.
