Abstract: This paper briefly introduced the "olive cultivation and irrigation technology training group" in 2012 to Israel on-site visits, technical training, academic exchanges and discussions. Through learning and training, then summarized several aspects of the technology and content of olive: Israeli olive cultivation, domestic consumption and foreign trade, the main varieties, the main planting patterns, pruning technology, watersaving irrigation techniques, harvesting and processing According to the development of olive industry in our province, and the knowledge we studied, put forward several suggestions for developing and promoting the olive industry in Yunnan Province.
