  The Effect of Plastic Film Mulching on Mung Bean 2014, 4 (12):  1-3.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0310 Abstract + ( 1254 )   PDF ( 1308KB )   ( 1728 ) Inordertostudytheeffectofplasticfilmmulchingdealtwithdifferentwayonmungbeanyield,theauthor chose the cloudless fine weather to measure the photosynthetic indexes in the seed filling period of mung bean, and measured the phenotypic traits relating to mung bean yield in the mature period. The results showed that the plastic film mulching could increase soil temperature, retain moisture, keep nutrient, and increase photosynthetic efficiency, the mung bean had higher green degree, net photosynthetic rate, and its chorophyll content was significantly higher than no-covered (contrast), so its photosynthetic matter accumulation time was long, the yield had obviously increased. The mung bean yield was 2691 kg/hm2 with 140 cm water-osmosis plastic membrane covered, which increased by 20.9% to no-covered and 6.3% to narrow membrane treatment.

  Breeding and Cultivation Technology of High Yield, Eurytopicity New Maize Variety ‘Xian-Yu 509’ 2014, 4 (12):  4-7.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2013-xb1035 Abstract + ( 1323 )   PDF ( 1196KB )   ( 1227 ) According to the ecological environment of Sichuan Area, the experiment was conducted to develop the corn hybrid with characteristics of moderate growth period, disease-resistant, quality, high yield and wide adaptability. Based on the principle of gene recombination, the local germplasm was used as primary base population. Meanwhile, quality, comprehensive resistance directional selection and combining ability analysis on advanced generations were adopted to accelerate the selective breeding speed of inbred-line. Inbred-line ‘Yi 2397’was successfully bred, which had the characteristics of strong resistance, disease-resistant, high combining ability and high yield.‘Xian-Yu 509’was bred which was combined inbred-line‘Yi 2397’and inbred-line 0151. The study indicated that the maize hybrid had plenty of merits, including high stable yield, quality, excellent resistance and the wider adaptation. It was adaptable for planting in plain and hilly areas at an elevation of 200-800 m Pingba of Sichuan Province. With hybrid recombination between local germplasm and good phenotype hybrid, inbred-line had the characteristics of strong adaptability, high general combining ability, and the cross combinations had high yield, and quality. And it had broad prospects processing utilization.

  Effect of Different Sowing Date and Rate on Yield and Components of Barley ' Flower 22' 2014, 4 (12):  8-11.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0363 Abstract + ( 1220 )   PDF ( 1207KB )   ( 1170 ) In order to provide cropping arrangement with the suitable combinations of sowing date and rate, filed experiment with 2 factors randomized block design investigated the effects of sowing date and sowing rate on yield and yield components of barley‘Flower 22’. The results showed that the sowing date and rate affected the yield and yield components of barley‘Flower 22’significantly. Sowed on November 4 with 112.5-150 kg/hm2 could obtain relatively high yield which more than 7500 kg/hm2. Meanwhile, the panicle increased with the increasing of sowing rate on the same sowing date, and dropped with the delay of sowing date with the same sowing rate; grain number decreased with the delay of sowing date and the increasing of sowing rate; grain weight increased with the delay of sowing date, and dropped with the increasing of sowing rate. Therefore, combined with the practical cultivation of Chongming Shanghai, the better sowing date of‘Flower 22’between November 4 to 14, the better sowing rate was about 150 kg/hm2, and sowing rate raised appropriately could increase the yield.

  Adaptable Evalution of New Millet Varieties in Arid and Low Production Hilly Regions 2014, 4 (12):  12-15.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0949 Abstract + ( 1314 )   PDF ( 1486KB )   ( 1053 ) In order to select varieties of millet for arid and low production hilly regions, 9 varieties of millet, which were breed in Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, were planted in 3 arid and low production hilly regions of Shanxi Province for 2 consecutive years, the variety of‘Jingu 21’was planted as control. The phenotypic traits and yield of all varieties in different test points were compared. The results showed thatannual variability of four indexes did not reach a significant level in Zuoquan. The phenotypic traits did not reach a significant level except production in Yuci. Moreover, the characters of all the varieties in Yuxianreached a significant level except height (P >0.01), and the indicator of 2012 was higher than that of 2013. The plant height and ear length of all varieties in three pilot sites were significantly different, the average plant height in Yuci was the highest (2013: 169.5 cm; 2012: 162.1 cm), the pant height in Zuoquan was the lowest (2013: 123.8 cm; 2012: 117.9 cm); the average ear length in Yuci was the longest (24.4 cm), the ear length in Yuxian was the shortest (14.3 cm). Different new varieties of millet in different regions were different, and the production of new variety was higher than that of the local variety‘Jingu 21’.the local variety of ‘Jingu 21’.

  The Comprehensive characteristics and the Prospect analysis of the new wheat varieties ning-mai 23 YAO guo-cai 2014, 4 (12):  16-20.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0330 Abstract + ( 1454 )   PDF ( 1301KB )   ( 1227 ) In order to provide a reference for the popularization and application of‘Ningmai 23’and for the future breeding of wheat varieties, the background and breeding process of the national authorized wheat ‘Ningmai 23’was expounded. Meanwhile, wheat ecological conditions and characteristics of this region were revealed. The results of the wheat preliminary experiment, regional test and production test were analyzed, all of the data was from the national winter wheat test of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Region for four consecutive years (from 2009 to 2013). Meanwhile, it was compared and contrasted to the control variety‘Yangmai 158’. The results showed that‘Ningmai 23’had higher and stable yield, the average yield increase 2.90% to 9.51% than that of the control variety‘Yangmai 158’, and the increased yield points were 71%-100%. The variety of‘Ningmai 23’had moderate spike numbers, larger panicle types and more kernels per wheatears and higher 1000 seed weight. Three factors of yield were coordination.‘Ning-mai 23’had an early maturation and middle resistance to scab and wheat sharp eyespot, as well as high resistance to yellow mosaic. The grain commodity was well too. In addition, in this paper the inadequacy of‘Ningmai 23’was pointed out and discussed the weaknesses of its utilization strategy. The‘Ningmai 23’was suitable cultivation for the areas of south Jiangsu and Anhui Province, and the middle to northern of Hubei Province as well as the region of Xinyang and the middle to northern part of the area in the late maturing rice rotation region.

Finally, the soybean varieties breeding value of resources was been evaluated. The height variation range was 40.2-137.2 cm; average of 88.54 cm. The number of branches variation ranged from 0 to 9; the average of 3.61. The number of pods per plant variation ranged from 11.2 to 220; average of 76.64. Grain weight per plant variation ranged from 1.03 to 86.1 g; With a mean of 29.01 g. Hundred grain weight variation range of 4.87-30.31 g; With a mean of 18.87 g. Lodging resistance variation ranged from 0 to 3 level; average of 0.51. Protein content variation range of 13.28%-23.47%; Average of 20.56%. Oil content variation range of 34.41%-34.41%; Average of 40.71%. According to the contrast variety showed that 572 soybean varieties breeding value of resources was evaluated. The more prominent germplasm of yield were‘Heinong 19’;‘Heilong 2’and‘Longpinhei 09-518’. The kernel weight of the larger species were‘Jiunong 14’;‘Changnong15’，‘Lingyin 2’, and‘Nenliange 6’; higher oil content of germplasm:‘Kennong 18’,‘long farming 17’,‘Kenfeng 6’,‘Jovo 10’and‘K enjiandou 15’; higher protein content germplasm:‘Kut purple pig-eyed peas’,‘white Mo fresh beans’,‘arabica beans fresh fodder’,‘green flesh black beans’,‘black beans’and‘Jilin 27’.

  Effects of Coronatine on the Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) Seed Germination and Seedling Growth under Drought Stress 2014, 4 (12):  25-29.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0343 Abstract + ( 1131 )   PDF ( 1655KB )   ( 1120 ) The aim was to study the effect of suitable concentration coronatine (COR) soaking to improve the drought resistance of peanut seedlings and provide the basis for the application of COR in production. Under normal water and simulated drought with 25% polyethylene glycol (PEG) conditions, the effects of presoaking with different concentrations of coronatine (COR) on peanut seed germination and seedling growth were studied. Simulated drought had serious effects on seed germination and seedling growth. Presoaking with 0.0001-1 μmol/L COR compensated the inhibitory effect on seed germination and seedling growth in different degrees, the 0.01 μmol/L COR showed the best effect. The germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index, shoot growth and dry matter accumulation of seedlings were significantly improved. The root growth was close to the control level, so that the root to shoot ratio was improved more significantly. COR could obviously alleviate the effects of drought on the growth of peanut seedlings, 0.01 μmol/L COR soaking could be used as the technical measures to improve the drought resistance of peanut seedlings.

  Resistance Detection for Botrytis cinerea Against Procymidone in Shandong Province 齐军山 2014, 4 (12):  30-32.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0213 Abstract + ( 1011 )   PDF ( 1816KB )   ( 1112 ) In order to monitor procymidone resistance ofBotrytis cinerea , from December of 2012 to May of 2013, manyBotrytis cinerea samples were collected from 10 cities in Shandong, and 130 isolates were purified from them. The resistances of Botrytis cinerea were determined in 130 isolates by measuring the mycelia growth on the fungicide-amended media. The means of the 50% effective concentration values (EC 50) were 4.03 μg/mL. The resistance frequency was 67.69% , 52.38% of Botrytis cinerea was low resistant strains, 19.048% ofBotrytis cinerea was moderate resistant strains; there was no high resistant strain. The resultsprovided a theoretical basis for using fungicides efficiently to prevent and controlbotrytis cinerea in the field.

  Determination of Resistance of Different Corn Varieties to Corn Borer 2014, 4 (12):  33-37.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0174 Abstract + ( 1047 )   PDF ( 1310KB )   ( 1249 ) In order to practice integrated management of corn insect pests effectively, a field experiment was made to study the resistance of 33 corn varieties to corn borer (Ostrinia furnacalis) in the area to the north of the Huaihe River of Anhui Province in this paper. The results showed that there were evident differences of the resistance to corn borer among different corn varieties and the resistant levels to corn borer in the whorl leaves stage and the ear stage of the same corn variety were also different. In the whorl leaves stage of corn, the resistance to corn borer of 8 corn varieties,‘Zhongnongda 311’,‘Zhongke 11’,‘Denghai 3’,‘Dongdan 80’,‘Liyu 16’,‘Zhengdan 23’,‘Jidan 8’and‘Huayu 13’was relatively high. In the ear stage of corn, 5 corn varieties of‘Xundan 20’,‘Qidan 1’,‘Zhongke 4’,‘Nongda 108’and‘Ludan 6018’had relatively high resistance to corn borer. The order of the comprehensive resistance of different corn varieties to corn borer in the whorl leaves stage and the ear stage was as follows:‘Zhongnongda 311’,‘Zhongke 4’,‘Jidan 8’, ‘Zhengdan 23’,‘Zhengdan 958’,‘Qidan 1’,‘Zhongdi 985’,‘Nongda 108’,‘Liyu 16’,‘Denghai 3’.

The aim f this study was to explore the relationship between intraspecific competition and population regeneration pproach after destroyed. Population of Eupatorium adenophorum (Spreng.) natural regeneration after frost damage and the effects of aqueous leaf extracts on seedling growth was studied by bioassay and field nvestigate. The results showed that the aqueous leaf extracts of Eupatorium adenophorum (Spreng.) could bviously promote the growth of seedlings, the promoting effect on seedling height increased at first and then gradually weakened, when the concentration was 3% the promote effect reached the peak; The seeds of Eupatorium adenophorum (Spreng.) in the wet autumn was easily germination when the area invaded by upatorium adenophorum (Spreng.) was break, no broken zone due to the litter coverage, hindered the seed germination, soil seed bank mainly distributed in 0-10 cm soil layer; Species update by tiller regeneration method when the dominant species ofEupatorium adenophorum (Spreng.) was damaged after frost. The results of this paper showed thatEupatorium adenophorum (Spreng.) had strong resistance capacity to autotoxicity, and its species update was by tiller regeneration method under the arid conditions.

It was the situation of agricultural diseases and pests prevention and control was increasingly serious. Chemical prevention greatly polluted the country’s ecological environment and reduced the safety of agricultural products. Public and green plant protection was put forward under the guideline of prevention first and synthetical. In the same time, the present situation of tobacco plant protection technology system in China was reviewed. The major problems existed were summarized. The application of modern tobacco plant protection was also analyzed. It was believed that the speeding up of the modern tobacco plant protection and the promoting of traditional protection to modern protection could not only bring significant economic and social benefits, but also bring significant ecological benefits. It had a positive influence on the harmonious development of the production of tobacco.

In order to research the pest occurrence regularity and prediction technology in the field of sugar beet, the research progress of life history, living habits, the adult stage prediction and prevention strategies were summarized. In terms of life habits, the adult occurrence period, unearthed moment, take food intake, sex ratio, flying ability, mating, spawning were summed up. In the aspect of prediction, the temperature and precipitation on theSerica orientalis adult period were analyzed. In the prevention and control strategies, the relationship between life habits and the prevention and control, chemical control process and the chemical control agent were summarized. The bacteria, nematodes, poultry and aromatic plants in the application of biological control were briefly discussed and the prospects for future research were given. But some points were lacked, eg., the biological physiology and chemistry feeling physiology foundation, and effective base investigation, effective accumulated temperature in the research of prediction, the application of biological control in the production were very few.

  Effect of Continuous Straw Returning on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties 2014, 4 (12):  52-55.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0491 Abstract + ( 1054 )   PDF ( 1294KB )   ( 1060 ) In order to study the effect on continuous total straws returning to field on soil physical and chemical properties under conventional tillage, the long-term located trials with eight years were conducted to study effect of two measures with conventional fertilization and total straws returning to field on soil bulk density, porosity and soil organic matter, extractable phosphorus, available potassium in soil. The results showed that the total straws returning to field could improve physical properties in soil, and also increase the contents of nutrients in soil significantly. Compared to the control, the content of soil organic matter, extractable phosphorus, available potassium increased by 6.7 g/kg, 2.6 mg/kg and 33.1 mg/kg, respectively, and it was a positive meaning for management and improvement of the farmland quality.

  Effects of several common kitchen wastes on the growth of Chlorophytum comosum 2014, 4 (12):  56-59.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0968 Abstract + ( 968 )   PDF ( 1373KB )   ( 1084 ) Effects of four common kitchen wastes (expired milk, timed tea sullage, new tea sullage and egg shell) on indoor potted ornamental leaf plantChlorophytumcomosum were studied by pot experiment. Result showed that expired milk promoted the growth of the leaves and the content of chlorophyll, increased soil available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium. Both tea sullage and egg shell increased leaf length after application, but the result did not last long as that of expired milk. Tea sullage decreased the leaf chlorophyll content and was not suggested to be applied to indoor potted leaf plant. Applying kitchen waste to indoor potted ornamental plants is a new recycled utilization way of kitchen waste.

  Study on Fast Propagation via Tissue Culture for Callicarpa nudiflora 2014, 4 (12):  63-66.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0577 Abstract + ( 1007 )   PDF ( 1947KB )   ( 1113 ) Using youngest stem of Callicarpa nudiflora as explant, the effects of different kinds and concentrations of plant grows regulator on shoot induction, proliferation and rooting were studied in order to get a unit of technology on fast propagation. Result showed that adventitious buds could be fast induced on medium MS 6BA2.0mg/L NAA0.1-0.3mg/L,andtheoptimumproliferationmediumwasMS 6-BA1.0mg/L NAA 0.3 mg/L GA3 0.5 mg/L, on which could get the highest proliferation rate and strongest shoots. Root could be induced best on medium 1/2MS NAA 0.05 mg/L IBA 0.5 mg/L. This method could provide technical support for large-scale propagation ofCallicarpa nudiflora.

  Analysis of climate and soil adaptability of Zongyang for White Tea planting 2014, 4 (12):  67-71.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0505 Abstract + ( 1071 )   PDF ( 1215KB )   ( 1277 ) Study on adaptability of Anji white tea introduced in Zongyang, by comparing Zongyang, Anqing’s climatic data and the soil fertility index for years with those in white tea origin Anji, we analyzed white tea cultivation adaptability in Zongyang Anqing. Results showed that Zongyang County could provide suitable light-warm, water and soil fertility for the white tea cultivation. The comparing obtained revealed that the three indexes mentioned were similar. Firstly, the spring white tea growing temperature through the beginning date of10℃ was earlier than that in Anji, but time interval between 10℃ and 15℃ was 24 d, slightly more than that in Anji, which guaranteed the white tea whitening. The ascending through 10, 15, 20℃ of Zongyang was clear, leading to early arrangements for picking. Secondly, in March, less precipitation in Zongyang, timely irrigation was required according to moisture change, in May, however, because of intensifying precipitation, much more attention should be paid to the prevention of flood disaster. The third category was soil fertility. The soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available potassium and pH except phosphorus exceeded white tea planting requirements, suggesting a reasonable spreading CaCO3, mixed fertilization, and other measures are needed to maintain fertility and humidity in Huanggongshan tea garden of Zongyang.

  Determined the Cold Resistance on some Pear Varieties and Studied on Its Resistance Physiology in ShanXi Province 2014, 4 (12):  72-77.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0794 Abstract + ( 981 )   PDF ( 1701KB )   ( 1254 ) We identified some pear varieties of cold resistance in Shanxi Province, in order to achieve parental choice in cold resistance breeding. With 1 year old dormant pear shoots as test materials, the relative conductivity, soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline and bound water content in 7 pear cultivars shoots during the artificial low temperature treatment was investigated, and the correlation of these indexes was analyzed.The results were as follows: (1) The order for the cold resistance of the three cultivars from stronger to weaker was‘Pingguoli’,‘Jinsuli’,‘Jinmili’,‘Yuluxiangli’,‘Xuehuali’,‘Yusuli’and‘Korla fragant’pear. (2) The content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline and relative conductivity increased gradually with the reducing of temperature. (3) The content of soluble sugar had positively high significance related to hardiness, soluble protein and proline content had no obvious correlation with the cold resistance. According to the above results, we could conclude that the soluble sugar should be used alone as a screening index of cold resistance in pear under the condition of low temperature stress.

The quantitative traits of shell length (SL), shell width (Sw), shell height (SH), foot weight (FW), soft part weight (MW) and body weight (BW) were measured. After calculating the correlation coefficients, effects of different traits to soft part weight and body weight were analyzed by determination coefficient analysis and path coefficient analysis. The results showed that the correlation coefficients between every two traits reached significant differences (P <0.01); soft part weight was main influence factors on the body weight among the six quantitative traits (shell length, shell width, shell height, shell weight, foot weight and soft part weight); In body measurement traits (shell length, shell width, shell height), shell length weighted most with the body weight; Body weight had determinacy and predominant direct effect on soft part weight among the body measurement traits and body weight. Three multiple regression equations were established, excluding insignificant variablesand using the method of stepwise regression. Six quantitative traits against body weight: BWp= - 10.343 0.255SL 0.696SW 0.951MW; Body measurement traits against body weight: BWb= - 69.930 1.427SL 0.728SH; Body measurement traits and body weight against soft part weight: MB=4.430 0.798BW-0.174Sw.The results provided theoretical bases for protecting germplasm resources and selective breeding in Haliotis discus hannai Ino.

  The effective division in bidding and tender for agricultural construction projects 2014, 4 (12):  87-90.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2013-xb0866 Abstract + ( 2827 )   PDF ( 1212KB )   ( 1200 ) A full tendering procedure contains mainly six parts, namely, bids, tenders, bid opening, bid evaluation, bid winning and contract signing according with the tendering and bidding law of People's Republic of China, including agricultural construction projects. Agricultural construction project is more extensive in arrangement of constructional content and more divisions of bidding and tender than the regular construction ones. So it’s crucial to operated in a scientific, rational, legitimate and realistic way to guarantee its success in every detailed process. The bidding package related perspectives of laws and regulations, project technology, fully potential competition of bidders, tender cost and evaluation were discussed in the present study. We are expecting to find a specific manifestation and effective principles and criterions in tender division based on the specific cased we used, and provide references to professionals for bidding and tenders in agricultural construction projects.

This article was to research the application of DIAlux in seeding greenhouse. It was shown that the calculation process could be visual, and simplified. The computation time was shortened, and high accuracy of simulation was not influenced by personal experience.

  Comparison of Three Methods for Genomic DNA Extraction from the Rondotia menciana Moore 2014, 4 (12):  95-98.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0684 Abstract + ( 1016 )   PDF ( 1630KB )   ( 1221 ) To explore an efficient, stable, low-cost DNA extraction method fromRondotia menciana Moore, genomic DNA was extracted using CTAB, protein enzyme K and salting- out method, respectively. The extracted genomic DNA samples of three methods were tested using photometric analysis and COI gene amplification. The results showed that, all the three methods can be used for the total DNA extraction, which are suitable for the PCR amplification, but genome DNA extracted by CTAB method and protein enzyme K method were higher in purity and production, degraded slightly. So we should select the proper method according to the objective and condition in the study.

  Spatial temporal distribution characteristics of Rainstorm in Tianshui of Gansu in Recent 60 Years 2014, 4 (12):  99-103.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0369 Abstract + ( 1063 )   PDF ( 1666KB )   ( 1169 ) Based on the daily precipitation observation data at 7 stations of Tianshui during 1951 to 2010, the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of heavy rain events in Tianshui were analyzed. The results indicated that: the frequency of heavy rain events was higher from the early 1960s to the late 1980s, and mainly concentration occurred in July and August, accounts for about 52.6% and 29.8% of the total respectively. In addition, the spatial distribution of heavy rain events in Tianshui could be summarized as follows characteristics, the occur frequency of heavy rain events was higher in eastern region of Tianshui than that in the western region, like Qingshui and Zhangjiachuan. The frequency of heavy rain events was closely related to topography. Synoptic systems such as Northwest China vortex and west pacific subtropical high deeply affected the formation and intensity of the heavy rain events in Tianshui.

Upon examination, stepwise regression prediction model was better than the accumulated mode, forecast accuracy to meet the operational requirements, could be used to forecast Jining flowering peach, timely and accurate forecasts for the government and farmers, accumulated prediction model could be used to contrast and complement to the stepwise regression prediction model.

It was held that cultivated land resource shortage, poor quality of arable land, grain planting area reduce, total grain output decline, grain scale production and management promotion blocked, grain costs rise, relatively low efficiency of grain, low grain self-sufficiency rate, serious structural contradiction have increased the pressure to food security and arable land protection. Accordingly the countermeasures for food security in Fujian Province were proposed as follows. First, stick to the bottom line of farmland and strengthen arable land utility regulation. Second, rely on high- tech and rise per unit area yield of grain. Third, accelerate the innovation of system and establish incentive mechanism. Forth, change the development concept and ensure grain supply.

Many foreign friends offered help too. All the measures to deal with the great flood are experience and lessons for us, which is worthy of our study and discussion.

Four successful experiments were analyzed such as forceful support from the government, promoting from the guild and non- government organization, producing various and characteristic products focusing on cultural connotation, adopting appropriate supply mode. On this basis, the reasons of the sluggish development of leisure agriculture in Hainan were discussed. Thus, the successful mode and experiment should be studied and utilized to develop the leisure agriculture in Hainan. For example, the effect of the government should be performed enough and establish wholesome policies and regulations, as well as the resource could be used more reasonably with cultural connotation. So, the effective marketing strategy were also necessary to quickly, healthy and sustainable develop the leisure agriculture in Hainan.
