Abstract: In order to clarify different parameters of burley movable barn, barns with different bottom layer heights, arch heights, lengths and width ratios and layers were designed and built, the temperature and humidity in the barns during tobacco curing were analyzed and compared. The results showed that it was appropriate to design the barn with bottom layer height of 2.1 m and barn top arch height of 1.0 m. Effects of different sizes and length width ratios of barn on temperature and humidity were not obvious, but the square barn design was stable, the average temperature in monolayer barn was lower than that in double-layer barn while the average relative humidity was higher. The movable barn designed as monolayer or double-layer was suitable.
