Abstract: Abstract: This experiment with a view to the future of wild eggplant through tissue culture provide a suitable volume ratio of hormones; by adjusting the MS in BA-NAA medium the ratio of wild eggplant calli were cultured to study the hormone concentrations in different callus organization's budding rate, experimental results show that: MS + BA3mg / L + NAA0.2mg / L the ratio of the best.
