Abstract:

The study aims to discuss the necessity of cultivating new-type agricultural talents under the background of rural revitalization. We analyze main problems in the cultivation in the new era, including the shortage of new-type agricultural talents, the low level of rural talents and the insufficient construction of the introduction, cultivation and incentive mechanism, then we put forward some countermeasures for cultivating new-type agricultural talents in the new era, containing establishing a new-type agricultural talent training system in agricultural universities, improving the introduction, training and incentive mechanism, and carrying out the cultivation by the combination of school and enterprise, and the combination of production, teaching and research.
