裸花紫珠组培快繁技术研究

Study on Fast Propagation via Tissue Culture for Callicarpa nudiflora

摘要: 以裸花紫珠无菌苗幼嫩茎段为外植体,研究不同激素配比下芽诱导、增殖和生根情况,获得一套裸花紫珠快速繁殖的方法。结果表明:裸花紫珠幼嫩茎段诱导不定芽的最适培养基为MS+ 6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.1~0.3 mg/L;不定芽在添加6-BA和NAA的各处理上均可增殖,在MS+ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.3 mg/L上增殖系数最高、芽苗健壮;最佳生根诱导培养基为1/2MS+ NAA 0.05 mg/L+ IBA 0.5 mg/L。此方法可为裸花紫珠快繁提供技术支持。

Abstract: Using youngest stem of Callicarpa nudiflora as explant, the effects of different kinds and concentrations of plant grows regulator on shoot induction, proliferation and rooting were studied in order to get a unit of technology on fast propagation. Result showed that adventitious buds could be fast induced on medium MS 6BA2.0mg/L NAA0.1-0.3mg/L,andtheoptimumproliferationmediumwasMS 6-BA1.0mg/L NAA 0.3 mg/L GA3 0.5 mg/L, on which could get the highest proliferation rate and strongest shoots. Root could be induced best on medium 1/2MS NAA 0.05 mg/L IBA 0.5 mg/L. This method could provide technical support for large-scale propagation ofCallicarpa nudiflora.
