Practical Application of Image Processing Techniques for Maize Leaf Area Measure

摘要: 要 通过图像处理法,利用图像像素比值和参考物法测量玉米叶面积。图像处理法与CI202叶面积仪法测定叶面积的相关系数为 0.9479,图像处理法与剪纸法比较相关系数 R2为0.9382,图像处理法与LI-3100台式叶面积仪R2分别为 0.8561,证明图像处理法与其他3种方法测量结果相关性较高,适合于室外大批量、快速、准确玉米叶面积测量。是对现有各种叶面积仪测量叶面积的有益补充,而不是取代。

Abstract: Through measure of image processing, we will make use of image pixel ratio and reference to test area of maize. Comparing with method of the correlation coefficient of analytic system on maize leaf area and method on leaf area equipment –CI202 were 0.9479, comparing with method of the correlation coefficient of analytic system on maize leaf area and and paper cutting were 0.9382,comparing with method of the correlation coefficient of analytic system on maize leaf area and method on leaf area equipment –LI-3100 were 0.8561. The result showed that it was suit for testing maize leaf area with analytic system of maize leaf area. To look for one counting method of testing maize leaf area, which was leaf length unlimited, handy, quickly, accuracy, no other power supply and used of outside. The beneficial supplement, rather than replace.
