香水百合鳞片悬空水培育苗研究

Hanging Hydroponic Culture Seedling of Perfume Lily Scales

摘要: 为探求香水百合鳞片育苗有效方法,以香水百合鳞片为材料,设置悬空海绵组不同基质3 个处理和盆栽组不同基质2 个处理进行培养。结果表明,培养60 天后,悬空海绵筒中加入1~2 cm高度的粉状活性炭水培的香水百合鳞片生长优于其他处理,鳞茎增殖系数达3.33,生根系数达到2.33,生根率为93.33%,腐烂率仅为3.33%。香水百合鳞片的悬空海绵水培育苗方法,操作简易、材料来源广、投资成本低,能给扦插鳞片提供良好的生长环境,是香水百合鳞片扦插育苗的有效方法。

Abstract: In order to explore the effective method for seedling culture of perfume lily scales, the growth of perfume lily scales cultured in hanging sponge with three different substrates and in pot with two different substrates was studied. The results showed that after culturing for 60 d, the growth of perfume lily scale under hanging sponge hydroponic culture by adding 1-2 cm height of powder activated carbon was the best in all the treatments, its bulb proliferation coefficient reached 3.33, rooting coefficient was 2.33, the highest rooting rate was 93.33%, the decay rate was only 3.33%. Hanging sponge hydroponic culture method of perfume lily scales could provide good growth environment for cutting scales and be operated easily, it also had wide material sources and low cost, which was an effective method of lily scales cutting seedling.
