雷竹林连续3年施荣宝土壤消毒剂对雷笋产量及土壤性状的影响

The Effect of Consecutive 3-Year Application of Soil Decontaminant Ronbao in the Bamboo Forest on the Yield of Bamboo Shoots and Soil Property

摘要:

为了提高雷竹林雷笋产量以及控制土壤障碍因子的发生,经连续3年施荣宝土壤消毒剂对雷竹产量及土壤性状影响的对比试验,结果表明:施荣宝土壤消毒剂600 kg/hm2结合施45%复合肥900 kg/hm2,比不施荣宝土壤消毒剂对照区(施45%复合肥900 kg/hm2)平均提高雷竹产量30.1%。通过施荣宝土壤消毒剂后的农田pH值比对照区提高,达到了显著性差异水平(P<0.05);交换性酸含量在施荣宝土壤消毒剂后,比对照区有明显降低,达到显著性差异水平。施荣宝土壤消毒剂雷竹林土壤细菌与对照区相比,对照区雷竹林土壤有18种细菌,施荣宝处理之后细菌绝灭。表明施荣宝土壤消毒具有灭菌效果,有效降低了土传病的危害,提高了雷竹成竹率。

Abstract:

In order to increase the yield of bamboo shoots and control soil obstacle factors happening in the bamboo forest (Phyllostachys praecox f. prevelnalis), the comparative experiment of soil decontaminant Ronbao had been conducted for consecutive 3 years. The results of experiment showed that: the yield of bamboo shoots at the application rate of 600 kg/hm2 plus 45% compound fertilizer at 900 kg/hm2 increased averagely by 30.1% in comparison with that under CK without the application of soil decontaminant. After the application of soil decontaminant, soil pH values were significantly higher their controls (P<0.05) while the contents of soil exchange acidity were significantly lower than their controls (P<0.05). No bacteria strains were observed in the decontaminant-treated soil whereas 18 soil bacteria strains were found in the control. This showed that the soil decontaminant had a sterilization effect, resulting in mitigating the soil-borne disease and increasing the survival rate of bamboos.
