密集烤房变频控制技术的应用

摘要:

为了进一步完善密集烘烤自控技术,实现节能提质的目的,对密集烤房自动控制装置与变频器和风机等装置连锁的自控变频技术进行了研究。试验结果表明:采用变频控制技术有利于节约用电,其中根据装烟室上下棚干球温差值进行自控与变频连锁调速,可使干筋期的叶间风速明显降低,节电效果明显;烤后烟叶的外观质量有所改善,橘黄烟叶较多,颜色较深,化学成分更趋协调。

Abstract:

In order to further improve the bulk curing barn automation technology, and achieve the purpose of energy conservation and quality, the test of automatic control device such as inverter and fan automatic control device chain inverter technology was studied. The results showed that variable frequency control technology was beneficial to conserve electricity, especially the treat of self-control and inverter chain speed control according to the dry bulb temperature difference between up and down of the installed room lowered the leaves wind speed in the dry rib period significantly, conserved electricity obviously, and improved the appearance of quality, darkened the color, coordinated the chemical composition of the cured tobacco.
