Abstract: In recent years, with the growth of urbanization, traditional villages are declining. A large number of traditional villages with dense distribution in Shanxi Province. The protection of traditional villages carries the essence of Chinese traditional culture which is the cultural heritage of agricultural civilization. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of static protection and living state protection mode of the traditional villages in shanxi, this study put forward the optimization of the protection modes including the entirety partition protection and main interface partition protection mode, and take the Shenbei village as an example to verify the optimized effect.
