彩色马蹄莲‘高原’组培快繁技术的研究

Study on the Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Zantedeschia hybida ‘Gaoyuan’

摘要:

以彩色马蹄莲‘高原’块茎为材料研究其组培快繁技术,筛选适合彩色马蹄莲快繁的培养基。结果表明:在初代试验中对块茎的消毒以0.1%升汞处理15 min为宜;MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1~0.2 mg/L NAA为适宜的愈伤组织诱导培养基;MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA能使愈伤组织分化出状态良好的丛生芽并继续增殖;在生根培养基1/2MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+10%香蕉上生根率100%,试管苗生长健壮,根系粗壮发达。试验为彩色马蹄莲的快繁体系及规模化生产提供参考依据。

Abstract:

The bulbs of Zantedeschia hybrida ‘Gaoyuan’ were used as explants to study the tissue culture and rapid propagation, screen the best culture medium for rapid propagation. The results showed that the best disinfectant time by 0.1% HgCl2 was 15 min. The best medium for callus induction was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1-0.2 mg/L NAA. Callus would grow into cluster buds, and the buds grew well with new callus proliferation in the medium of MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA. In the medium of 1/2MS +0.2 mg/L NAA+10% banana, the rooting was 100%, and the roots grew thick, strong and thriving. Provide a reference for the system of rapid propagation and large-scale production on Zantedeschia hybrida.
