西兰花穴盘育苗幼苗生长动态及其数学模型研究

Studies on the Growth of the Seeding and Its Mathematical Model of Plug Seedlings in Brassica oleracea var. italica

摘要:

为革新西兰花传统繁重的育苗技术,揭示西兰花穴盘育苗幼苗生长规律,更好地促进西兰花育苗产业化和品质提升,对西兰花穴盘育苗的不同穴盘规格处理以及基质、基肥等试验结果进行了系列的统计分析,表明种子出苗率随时序推进而增加并呈曲线变化,其数学模型为y=25.431+20.783d-1.3811d2(r=0.9919**,r0.01=0.7348);幼苗株高随时序推进,生长呈“慢-快-慢”变化,其数学模型为h=-0.0008d2+0.3856d-0.7077(r=0.9882**,r0.01=0.7348);幼苗茎粗随时序推进,生长呈先慢后快,其数学模型为S=0.0332d+0.6471(r=0.9877**,r0.01=0.7348)。还对西兰花穴盘育苗的基质、基肥和气候与幼苗生长的相关性进行了系统的分析,建立了相应的数学模型,为西兰花穴盘育苗的有效调控提供重要依据。

Abstract:

In order to reform the traditional heavy seedling technique Brassica oleracea var. italica, it revealed the growth rules of plug seedlings in Brassica oleracea var. italica, promoting industrialization and improve quality plug seedlings in Brassica oleracea var. italica, and applying with hole tray of different specifications and matrix, with such impact application, the experimental results showed the seed germination rate increased and the order at any time a curve change rule, the mathematical model was that y=25.431+20.783d-1.3811d 2 (r=0.9919**, r0.01=0.7348); seedlings at any time sequence, the high growth and a slow-fast-slow change rule, the mathematical model was that h=-0.0008d2+0.3856d-0.7077 (r=0.9882**, r0.01=0.7348); seedlings stem diameter was always the sequence to increase and the growth in the first slow, quick growth rule, the mathematical model was that S=0.0332d+0.6471 (r=0.9877**, r0.01=0.7348). The main influence factors on seedling growth over a matrix, basal and climate, using the growth rule and model or adjusting determined comprehensively seedling technique measures had the important instruction meaning.
