不同水平饲料镉对罗非鱼肝胰脏抗氧化能力影响的研究

Effects of Different Level of Dietary Cd on Antioxidant Capacity of Hepatopancreas to Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus)

摘要:

为研究不同水平饲料镉对罗非鱼肝胰脏抗氧化能力的影响。将300尾罗非鱼随机分为饲料镉添加水平为0、50、100、200、400 mg/kg的5个处理,每个处理4个重复。养殖8周后,测定肝胰脏有关抗氧化能力指标。结果表明:随镉水平升高,罗非鱼肝胰脏MDA水平升高,200 mg/kg添加水平组开始显著高于对照组(P<0.05);T-AOC水平逐渐降低,50 mg/kg时即可显著降低(P<0.05);CAT和SOD活性均先升高后下降,其活性分别在镉添加水平为50、200 mg/kg时最高,并显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。表明饲料中添加不同水平镉对罗非鱼肝胰脏抗氧化指标造成不同影响,饲料中添加50 mg/kg镉即可显著降低罗非鱼肝胰脏总抗氧化能力,CAT活性最高;添加200 mg/kg镉可显著提高罗非鱼肝胰脏MDA含量,SOD活性最高。

Abstract:

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different level of dietary Cd on antioxidant capacity of hepatopancreas to tilapia. 300 fish were divided into five groups, which were exposed to dietary Cd at concentrations of 0, 50, 100, 200, 400 mg/kg for 8 weeks, with four replicates in each group. The results showed that with the level of dietary Cd increase, the content of MDA was increased, which was higher than the control group in 200 mg/kg Cd group significantly (P<0.05); the level of T-AOC was decreased with the level of dietary Cd, which was lower than the control group in 50 mg/kg Cd group significantly (P<0.05). With the level of dietary Cd increase, the activities of CAT and SOD were firstly increased and then decreased, and showed the highest activities in 50, 200 mg/kg respectively. It suggested that different level of dietary Cd had different toxicities in hepatopancreas antioxidant indices of tilapia. T-AOC of tilapia hepatopancreas could be decreased significantly when the level of dietary Cd was 50 mg/kg, and the activity of CAT was the highest among all groups. MDA of tilapia hepatopancreas could be increased significantly when the level of dietary Cd was 200 mg/kg, and the activity of SOD was the highest among all groups.
