不同水肥管理对番茄品质和产量的影响

Effects of Water and Fertilizer Management Modes on Quality and Yield of Tomato

摘要: 为提高水肥利用效率,合理降低氮肥施用量,研究不同水肥模式条件对番茄质量、产量的影响。结果表明:每5日滴灌2 h的灌溉方式可提高番茄亮度,土壤含水率为田持的70%~90%的灌溉模式可有效提高番茄可溶性糖含量;灌水适中的灌溉方式(灌溉定额为3771.98 m3/hm2)有利于番茄产出较多的果实数和增加成熟比例,并且推迟番茄主产期,从而提高番茄初产量和总产量;氮肥添加处理、水肥的交互效应均未对番茄的品质和产量产生显著性影响(P>0.05);水分对番茄的品质和产量的影响大于氮肥。

Abstract: The paper aims to improve water and fertilizer use efficiency, and then reasonably reduce nitrogen application. The effects of different combination of water and fertilizer on tomato quality and yield were studied in this paper. The results showed that: the irrigation method of drip irrigation 2 h every 5 days could improve the brightness of tomato, the soluble sugar content of tomato could be improved effectively when the soil moisture content was confirmed to be 70%-90% of the field capacity. The moderate irrigation method (when the irrigation quota was 3771.98 m3/hm2) produced more tomato number, increased the ripe tomato ratio and deferred the main production period, then improved the initial production and total production of tomato. Both nitrogen application levels and the interaction effect of water and fertilizer were no significant effect on quality and yield of tomato(P>0.05). The effect of water on the tomato quality and yield was greater than that of nitrogen fertilizer.
