不同发酵原料对户用沼气产气量的影响

Effect of Different Fermenting Materials on Household Biogas Production

摘要:

为提高农村户用沼气池不同发酵原料产气量,促进农村户用沼气的发展,分别采用富氮原料、富碳原料和常规对照三种发酵原料,分析不同类型原料沼气池的产气量、部分理化特性及影响因素。结果表明:富碳原料和富氮原料均可生产沼气且基本满足用户的正常使用;但富氮原料发酵产气速度快,持续时间短;而富碳原料发酵产气速度慢,持续时间长。富碳原料产气量极显著低于对照和富氮原料,且更易受低温影响。气温变化是影响当前农村户用沼气产气量的第一因素。

Abstract:

Abstract: In order to improve the rural household biogas production with different fermenting materials, prompt the rural household biogas extending, three treats including nitrogen rich materials, carbon rich material and control check material, were designed to analyze individual biogas production, some physical-chemical characteristics of biogas digester and effect factors. All the fermenting materials could meet the household requirement. Biogas production with the nitrogen rich materials has faster rate and slower duration than that with carbon rich material, and the latter production was very lower than the former significantly. The change of temperature is the first factor which affect the biogas production.
