Abstract: With the acceleration of new rural construction and urbanization, rural residents provide a lot of construction-land supply through the land transfer mode, and at the same time, many problems of rural housing land transfer are increasingly highlighted. The article analyzed the defects of existing system of transfer and put forward related recommendations, which were based on the presentation of current situation and existing problems of rural housing land transfer. The paper expected to establish a sound legal system of housing land transfer to truly safeguard the interests of farmers and to further promote the construction of a new socialist countryside.
