Coordinative Development of Urban-rural Area and Countermeasures Based on SWOT Analysis: Taking Longchang for an Example

摘要: 为了促进隆昌城乡统筹的快速发展,在对隆昌实地考察和收集资料的基础上,应用SWOT态势分析方法对其城乡统筹的发展现状进行深入分析。结果表明:隆昌县具有发展历史悠久、交通区位优越、自然资源丰富、成渝经济区的确立和西部大开发政策的支持等优势和机遇;同时,也存在着区域发展不平衡、开发程度低、缺乏核心竞争力和面临外部其他区域竞争的威胁等劣势和挑战。基于以上分析结果提出隆昌今后应紧抓成渝经济合作机遇、加大技术和资金扶持力度、促进三大产业协调发展和重视生态环境建设等发展策略,以促进隆昌城乡统筹发展。

Abstract: To promote the rapid development of rural-urban integration of Longchang, SWOT method was applied to conduct a deep analysis on the status quo of its development of rural-urban integration based on the materials collected in the on-the-spot investigation. The results showed that: Longchang enjoyed a long history of development with favorable traffic location and abundant natural resources, as well as the supports and opportunities brought by the establishment of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone and the great western development strategy; however, there were also obvious disadvantages, such as unbalanced regional development, low degree of development, the lack of core competitiveness and threats from the competition of other external regions. In light of the results, Longchang is supposed to seize the opportunities brought by the economic cooperation of Chengdu and Chongqing, strengthen the support of technologies and investment, promote coordinated development of three main industries and attach great importance to the ecological environment construction to promote the development of rural-urban integration of Longchang.
