日本农协发展的新战略及其对中国农业产业化发展的启示

摘要：

农协在日本农业产业化过程中扮演着不可或缺的角色。但是，随着农业环境的变化，农协也面临着非农化、老龄化等多方面的严峻挑战。通过介绍日本农协为适应形势而采取的发展新战略，从其发展目标、整体布局、合作形式、经营体制及配套设施等角度入手，剖析其正在进行的内部改革，为中国农业产业化发展提供新的思路，即中国需要从完善法律体系，加速组织运营系统化，注重农业人才培养，发展产业融合的合作方式及完善土地中介服务等方面来推进未来农业产业化发展。

Abstract:

The Japan agriculture cooperative（JA）played an important role in the agricultural industrialization. Because of the change of the agricultural environment, the JA also faces many challenges, such as non-agricultural members, ageing of population. By the retrospect and introduction of new developmental strategies which are adopted by JA with the intention of accustoming to new situations, the article promotes in-depth analysis into the intrinsic reforming in order to keep a more perspicacious perspective of the future development of JA. China should study the new strategies of the JA, and potentiate the related facilities from the general prospective, so as to promote the development of the agricultural industrialization.
