摘要:

以皖北A村的西瓜产业为切入点,全面展现当地的人才培训体系建设的现状。通过实地观察法、深度访谈法,以“滚雪球”的调查方式研究发现,现有人才培训体系已取得产业增收、能力提升、参与积极性增强等方面的成效,同时也存在培训渠道单一、培训内容规划不合理、参与度不足以及缺乏后续跟踪指导等方面的问题,在此基础上提出提升农户参与培训意识以及社会支持助力等建议,通过多方面社会支持、完善培训体系、增强农户参与意识以及后续跟踪指导可以更好地培训农户,进而促进产业的发展。

Abstract:

Taking the watermelon industry in village A of northern Anhui as a study point, the current status of the local talent training system is fully demonstrated. Through the field observation and in-depth interview, the "snowball" survey method has found that the existing talent training system has achieved results in industrial income increase, capacity enhancement, and participation enthusiasm. At the same time, there are also problems such as single training channels and unreasonable training content planning, insufficient participation and lack of follow-up guidance. On this basis, the authors put forward suggestions on improving farmers' awareness of participation in training and social support and assistance, to promote the training system and the development of the industry.
