‘海螺’望春花优良单株选择及经济性状综合评价

Selection of Excellent Single Plant and Comprehensive Evaluation of Economic Traits of Yulania denudate ‘Hailuo’

摘要:

为选育并推广怀宁县‘海螺’望春花优质种质资源,以海螺山上的百年古树群为优株选择对象,对各株单株产量、百蕾干重、挥发油含量、内含物含量等经济性状指标进行了连续3年测定,决选出5株优良单株,采用主成分分析法对决选优株的经济性状指标进行综合评价。结果表明:(1)5株优株花蕾产量及内含物指标之间存在显著差异,变异系数8.20%~50.82%,其中,1,8-桉叶素含量和百蕾挥发油含量的变异系数最大。(2)利用主成分分析法构建经济性状综合评分模型,得出百蕾挥发油含量及整株蕾年产量是影响综合经济性状的主要指标,并筛选出综合评价分值最高的1号优株,可作为‘海螺’望春花优质种质资源进行推广。(3)评价结果与优树在实际生产中的表现基本一致,表明主成分分析法可作为海螺望春花经济性状综合评价的方法之一。

Abstract:

In order to select and promote high-quality germplasm resources of Yulania denudate ‘Hailuo’ in Huaining county, five superior plants were selected from the ancient tree group in Hailuo mountain, and their economic traits including yield per plant, dry weight of 100 buds, volatile oil content, inclusions content were measured for three consecutive years. Principal component analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the economic traits of the selected superior plants. The results showed that: (1) there were significant differences in the indicators of flower bud yield and inclusions among the five selected superior plants, with the coefficient of variation ranging from 8.20% to 50.82%. Among them, the coefficient of variation of 1,8-cineole content and volatile oil content of 100 buds were the largest. (2) Using principal component analysis to construct a comprehensive evaluation model of economic traits, it was found that volatile oil content of 100 buds and annual yield of whole buds were main indicators affecting comprehensive economic traits. The No.1 superior plant with the highest comprehensive evaluation score was selected, which could be promoted as a high-quality germplasm resource for Y. denudate ‘Hailuo’. (3) The evaluation results were basically consistent with the performance of the superior plants in actual production, indicating that principal component analysis could be used as one of the methods for comprehensive evaluation of economic traits of Y. denudate ‘Hailuo’.
