Abstract: Rural E-commerce is not only the problems that Chinese new type farmers have to face in the information society at present stage, but also the important and indispensable means to improve the existing situation of rural residents and speed up the circulation of commodities. E-commerce brings the rural commodity market circulation to a new high in the background of cloud computing. We should build suitable different regional rural e-commerce online modes to adapt to the rhythm of the development of information society. And according to different rural markets, proposing solutions which is consistent with new modes of logistics, information, capital and other aspects is necessary.
