Abstract: To study effect of humidity on the rotten degree of animal manure, the pig manure, cow manure, and sheep manure were used as materials and under different humidity rotten degree of animal manure were analyzed. The results showed that the rotten degree was best, when the humidity of pig manure, cow manure, and sheep manure was 65 %, 75 % and 75 %, respectively. Furthermore, when pig manure, cow manure, and sheep manure were decomposed in 53.25 days, 53 days and 53.25 days, respectively, and germination index was the highest, as showed 0.52, 0.55 and 0.62, respectively. In conclusion, the pig manure most fastly fermentated, sheep manure was the second, and cow manure was the slowest, and sheep manure was most beneficial to germination of seeds.
