Abstract: The agricultural material market of Panyu has the problems of counterfeit and shoddy products and low regulatory level. Using the participants of agricultural materials’ circulation as the study object, technology and equipment of POS terminals and GPRS wireless communication were adopted to design the regulation and service platform of agricultural materials, realizing the IT application in agricultural material management, thus to enhance the safety level of agricultural materials’ consumption, improve the government supervision efficiency, regularize the agricultural materials’market and promote the agricultural industrialization.
